Ford Durham Terrible experience, collected my car which was damaged, the salesman Lewis Strong said it has been crashed into a bush or been through a dodgy automatic car wash. I’ve been back 4 times as I was promised it would be repaired, Each time has been bodged with a polish and as soon as the shine fades the scratches re appear. Ive been fobbed off as I should expect wear and tear, this definitely is not wear and tear. Be very careful! If the salesman had told me they class damage as wear and tear I would not of bought the vehicle. The sales manager Richard appears to be a nice guy but it’s all a facade to make you believe they have your best interests at heart but it couldn’t be further away from the truth. It would appear they promise the world and are very responsive when wanting your money (calling 3/4 times per day) but as soon as you drive away you can expect the salesperson to never be available when you call and please don’t expect to have any work done to a satisfactory standard. Very poor service for such a big corporate company. Oh and they even pressured me to leave a false review on their in house customer service survey and made me feel like I had to do this in return for having the car looked at. I would strongly recommend you avoid unless you want your time wasting and be put through a lot of unnecessary stress.
