I am really happy with my Vauxhall Astra! I bought it back in September and it's still running perfectly. It was nice and clean and in really good condition and A brilliant price. the customer service was great and I will always recommend Bristol Street Vauxhall in Newcastle.

Not too pleasant experience with them. So often had to change existing agreed add ons I have already paid for. Till date they are yet to deliver the boot cover despite paying for it. Had to extort £60 from me for the part exchange car I traded. Reason? They claim it is part of the cost for diagnostic test when I brought my old car for repairs. While discussing the deal for a new car, the sales advisor agreed to pay for the old car “as seen” and is willing to give an offer irrespective of the cost of the repair. After they examined the car they offered £600 (this was far lower than what Evanshalshaw offered £1000). Yet, I accepted this and proceeded with the deal- only to come back for my new car and was demanding £60 as cost of diagnostic test! A great rip off. They have lost a customer and I will never recommend them to any person.
