Went in to get some help advice on my missing number plate. Man who I spoke to wasn't very helpful at all spoke to me like I was stupid with aggressive manor Unfortunately this led to me losing my cool and getting thrown out. The point I'm making is some of the staff need to learn how to talk to people and then they would be spoken to properly back .They need to learn some people skills or I think they will lose quite a few customers.i did resolve the numbers plate issues After speaking to a much more helpful person from moterbillty.
I bought a Nissan Qashqai from this car dealer just over a week ago, it was a very good experience. I would also like to thank Thomas Fox who assisted us with buying the vehicle, he was very helpful and professional. 😊😊

Bought a car online from b.s.m. ford durham. To close the deal i was promised a new mot and a service with vehicle health check. I got neither. From getting my money it has taken hours of my time and 3 months of emails to do what they promised would be done pre delivery. Not to be trusted!!!
Really disappointed in the service I received from Bristol Street Nissan in Sheffield. Took my car in for repair (starting issue when cold) and after nearly 2 months of Nissan telling me is this, then its something else, me having to constantly ring them and not the other way around and a bill of nearly £600, car was exactly the same as it went in. problem is still there and Nissan wanted to carry on taking guesses. Definitely NOT what I was expecting of a main Dealer like Bristol Street Motors. Sure to say I will never be returning to them and I would definitely be making my family and friends aware of how bad the service is from this garage.

Recently bought from Nissan Sheffield, upon arrival we were greeted by Richard who was very helpful and curtious, absolutely no pressure at all I would highly recommend this company, helpful at all times and made sure everything in the car was connected as we left, would definitely purchase my next car from here, thank you Richard, regards Mrs Norma F
the first time looking at Nissan in sheffield and I must say the young man that helped us find the right car for our needs was exceptional, helpfull and informative without the pressure selling of some other brands we have looked at, cannot recomend this dealership enough, and if you are thinkind of a Nissan ask for Matty hes great, thank you.

I was buying my parents a car and travelled from Stoke On Trent to Sheffield after placing a deposit on the car over the phone only to find they had sold the car by the time i got there. Then it took over a year to get my deposit back !!! I complained in writing to head office many times and each time they kept putting me back in.touch with the "boys" in the garage . The head of sales by the surname of Whitehead .(.we all know what it should be) argued with me that I had not received a bad service and could not explain why it took a year. He then asked how he could resolve the issue...I asked for my deposit back and mileage costs.. ,,, after making me feel like I was after more money then I was owed i said I would be happy for my deposit to be paid and £300 from the dealership to go to a cancer research charity as my wife had died of cancer ...I received a refund of my deposit in the form of a cheque sent to my old address and no mention of my mileage expense from Stoke on Trent to sheffield or DONATION TO CANCER CHARITY !! Shame on you Bristol Street Motors Nissan in Sheffield... and any board director reading this please feel free to contact me on 07890022897 regards Joe.
