Negotiated a price for a 2013 Focus ST in white. The car was ok on first inspection after delivery, then the brakes developed grinding, which the local Ford branch rectified by replacing the discs. The rear suspension was also incorrectly fitted and causing a banging in the car over bumps. Rust leaking from the rear boot handle, number plate self tapped into the boot lid. Rear bumper broken and plastic welded back on. And a severe leak and mouldy water ingress into the boot floor underneath the foam inserts. Returned the car for refund, which was granted after them having the car back for a week, had to chase to get the tax refunded as well. Had 5 or 6 cars through Bristol street in our family, and never had 1 issue in the past. This dealership should be avoided at all cost.

Complaint history,the read is quite long so stick with it......Once upon a time in a galaxy far far away......Ford showed no mercy to their customer's. Chapter 1. Visit to ford Erdington. Collapsed parcel shelf. Told I could fit this myself. Explained why due too Autistic son this needs to be addressed by you guys as i had no idea what was needed to fit this,so I left. Chapter 2. Went to Ford west bromwich had it fitted. Coud I keep faulty shelf to use as shade for Autistic son NO,but you left in the boot anyways after causing such a fuss. Spoke about noises and when car is running tapping sound,it's common on Puma??? Could I book it in anyways,NO. Chapter 3. Car went in for alarm going off all the time upsetting Autistic son,problem fixed,while there Car is still rattling no advice given. Chapter 4. Booked Car in for 29th,courtesy car cancelled. But could I drive car to your masters technician who would on a test drive to LISTEN LOL. Videos sent of horrific noises. Chapter 5. Advised car will be delivered,I asked nothing bright due to Autistic son,I hope this is being noted. Cars offered red? No car deliverd,no car picked up,no call back also as promised. Weekend cancelled. Rude staff and lied to several times. Shocking service,with rude staff. Not once did I raise my voice or show any aggression to your staff. This needs to be addressed ASAP. My whole story will be shared with as many people as possible,hoping people steer clear of your product. Ian Turner

During these unprecedented times there has not been much to look forward to. I wanted to change my car and have had various brands in my 40 years of driving. I have had several Fords over that time and always found the brand to be reliable. I was dubious about buying on line but I have to say that it was actually quite encouraging. The staff the I dealt with at West Bromwich were great at putting my mind at ease. They spent time looking for a model for me and found a great one for me. I love my new car and would say to anyone to give on line a go it's not as scary as it seems. Thanks Ford West Bromwich I would definitely recommend your services. Thank you.

Had my car for 2 weeks now Very bad customers service had no contact at all Spoke to natalie on the desk could not tell me a date just kept saying by the end of the week so I went up to go check on my car to make sure it was secure and they left it open with no steering lock or any security on my car gone to bristol street motors West bromwich today spoke to natalie and now she is saying they don't know when my car will be looked at so I asked to speak to a manager then had to wait 30 minutes for Graham the manager to come for him to tell me he don't know when my car will get looked at I explained why did you accept the car to be booked in if you are not sure when it's going to be looked at he could not give me a straight answer then I asked Graham why was my car not secure on your car park someone could of easily of taken it then he responded saying how can they take it if it don't start then I replied by saying the toe bar was left on the front seat then Graham's reply was I'll put a wheel lock on it for you then I said is it because I purchased my car through Arnold Clark is that why u are not rushing my car to get fixes Grahams reply was if we did not want your car I'd tell you to move it now so I replied yes tell me because I'll just report you to the AA and get a investigation going so he just stood there continuing to look down on my rubbing his nose like he was above me and he did not care (WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE NAMES NATALIE AND GRAHAM)
