I bought a Qashqai in December 2024, and in February 2025, the thermostat broke. Even though it was under the three-month warranty offered by Bristol Motors, they offered me no solution other than to accept an appointment to have the car serviced a month later or take it to Nissan Chesterfield, which is an hour and a half away. Furthermore, the car had no thermostat and overheated within minutes. Faced with this situation, I paid for the repair out of pocket at a garage in Manchester and contacted Bristol again for a refund. However, Mr. Dean Carter's response was to have me take it to be repaired independently. He showed no empathy and ignored the fact that the car was under warranty. It was truly a scam, because even if I contacted them right away, they offered no solution. In conclusion, don't accept paying extra for the warranties offered by the company because when something happens to you, they do nothing and are never willing to help.

We wanted to purchase a specific vehicle, although we live over 50 miles away. We negotiated a deal without actually viewing the car as a walk-around video was provided, on top of the original photos. We relied on the integrity of the salesman to ensure a good experience. A PX price was given and the process clearly communicated. We travelled to the showroom, handed over our vehicle, took a test drive and were away again within an hour. There was no hard sell, no pressure to reduce our PX price, no issues with the new vehicle and the paperwork was dealt with efficiently. Mostly however, it was the salesman, Brian who deserves the credit. His customer service was excellent, he was open and friendly and made the purchase a pleasure. We would certainly look to return in the future should we wish to change our vehicle again. Thank you! 😀

Everything was great with Bristol Street Nissan in Widnes until a few weeks later where I received a parking ticket for before the exchange of cars. Exasperated is an understatement, as I was basically told by Shaun (the business manager) that is it my responsibility as the car was already registered in my name and I should have told them that it was resident parking only, when there are clear visible signs all along the road. As I wasn't aware of the parking ticket in the first instance it has now doubled to £130 which I have to take out of my own pocket due to Gary's incompetence to read a parking sign. Great service when selling the car. But, any problems after, you are left to resolve them yourself. Extremely disappointed with the customer after care.
Bought new car from Bristol Street Nissan Widnes never got radio code with car when contacted them a charge of £52 to get one even though it SHOULD have been put in our service pack.
