They gave me a fair price for my part exchange and the van I purchased was priced competitively. Their overall set up, quality and presentation of all their commercial vehicles is top-notch. I had a minor issue with the van I purchased, Mark and Dan resolved it quickly and with minimal hassle. Overall, I highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a reliable and quality van, with good after sales service. I found them to be a pleasure to deal with.

Bought van within the first week water coming from roof parked on My Drive,then drove van about 10miles from house and Front Bumper fell off nearly causing me to crash, then locks on van was not opening correctly, to top it all less then using the van for 2 months the injection system fault came on Dash! I had to get the Van to them and I'm self employed asked if they could loan me a van for inconvenience. NO SPARE VAN.my van has been with them for 3 weeks,raised concerns with all Faults and I was informed the van was ready for collection.In between this time I contacted Close Brothers finance who advised I should ask for Paperwork to confirm Work has correctly taken place. Bought a van from them during Covid; they brought the van to the house and took my van and wife's car in part ex. The drivers left with the car and van before we could check the paperwork - no full service history as promised and aircon not working. We immediately asked the driver to bring the vehicles back - he called the garage who told them not too and they did not return the vehicles - even though they had not reached their destination and were only less than ten minutes away. Asked on numerous occasions for history, none provided and they are now ignoring our calls.
