Poorest customer service I've ever received, sold means car told me it had a years MOT it actually had 2days, needed major mechanical work within a day, the car had damp and mildew in it , it was filthy in and out, took the car back they said the following night it was ready got there over an hour away, gates locked and they were shut, he said he was fitting new tyres, 2 hours of standing in the dark in the middle of no where, he turned up with the new tyres in the car not fitted, had no way home so had to take it as it was, absolutely vile company, they do not care at all, company not closed like someone said, just moved! His argument was finance has been paid it's now your car, so it's not my problem! Stay away !
Brittania Autos sell me the car after big accident. They didn’t mention nothing about that. I’ve asked them for safe car as I’m driving lots and long distance.. they nearly killed me!!!
Went to look at an Audi Q5 at Britannia Autos with possibly px my Range Rover. Audi was nice. When I asked about px my car he had to make numerous calls. Then came back to me offering me £3k, that’s the first insult. I can get £6k from webuyanycar.com. Obviously he, whoever he is doesn’t want to sell cars. He just wasn’t interested in anything except trying to rip you off with an overpriced 130k 2008 Q5. I know they’re good cars, but really not even open to haggling. Avoid this place is down a country lane, full of dust or when wet you most probably wouldn’t want to get out of your car. Waste of time.
After being told the car was sold with one years MOT and they didn't have the paper certificate, stupidly I trusted what Alex/Ali told me, it actually had five months. I'm not sure what other surprises there will be, as I still wait for the promised warranty. I hate being lied to and this is what has happened. Be warned, go elsewhere, is my advice.
Do not buy a car from Britannia Autos. They sold me an absolute shocker. Had it 4 months and here's the list of things that needed fixing etc. Battery, Alternator, Steering rack, Rear window, Electrics and finally the Parking brake. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE.

Never, I mean never deal with this company. They sold me a car with a rusted rotten exhaust that fell off the next day. I didn't notice because they painted it silver to hide the rust and defects. I can only assume that they use their garage to pass of MOTs that decent garages will fail easily. As soon as I pointed out the faults, they became aggressive. I have learnt my lesson, do not deal with Britannia Autos.
1. I test drove a Vauxhall Corsa and I had a issue with grinding coming from the wheels. Salesman said that the vehicle had not been driven for some time and would go after 30 minutes of driving. How stupid can they think people are he actually tried to make It it sound like a professional answer. I got out of the vehicle after the test drive and checked the wheels. The disks where completely rusted. 2. They have admitted that all vehicle come from up north and due to the coast the engine areas are completely rusted due to salt water or heavy rain. So rusted vehicles are being taken to London and sold at the same price as quality cars should be without rust. Check under the Bonnet 3. Prices are being charged at a higher rate then what they are asking. get the cost of the car and then check on auto trader and see what the price is going for. They will be cheaper. If so walk away 4. they also don't point out negatives so make sure you check. they do not care about you.
Sold me a car which had been through an MOT within a week of purchase that had faulty brakes. Have since contacted trading standards as they should not be selling cars like this and the mot station they use should clearly be shut down. Only offered half of the cost of the repair quoted to me by my local garage even after a day of purchase! Or I was to take the car there (in an un-drivable condition) 50 miles from my home address so they could check it
I recently bought a car from these guys and they had set the car up to run for a couple of days, it leaks oil and didnt start on the third day. This is shameful, knowingly selling faulty cars is not only really really disgusting, its outright dangerous. If you care about those in your car, those around you and other road users stay away from Britain Autos Wembley. They by no means have your best interest at heart and ARE without a shadow of a doubt going to try to pull one over on you. Incredibly disappointing service, product and way to business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 1 star is the lowest rating which I can give, it would have been 0's. Please please dont fall for it!!
I recently purchased a Mercedes Coupe from them, I cannot understand the negative reviews. I found them to be very helpful and honest without all the usual sales flannel. I had a few minor issues with the car which they resolved straight away. Overall I would not hesitate in buying another car from them, they were polite and helpful.
