Bought my car of these was supposed to be immaculate and on fist inspection it was. However within 1 month wheel bearing went asked them to sort said I had to claim through the warranty guess what not covered. Car has been found to have been repaired at some point all front panels have been painted but not on register. then not had the car 3 months and the gearbox started playing up reported it they offered me £150 to replace the gearbox what a joke. actual cost 3K ++ the car is now unusable so cost me £9500 for less than 6 months of driving

My experience started very positively with a very friendly salesman and the car purchase (Jaguar XF) was smooth. I had been looking at a number of similar cars, all of which were cheaper and higher spec, but decided that the clean condition and Full Main dealer history with Jaguar (and the peace of mind this gives) was important to me and worth the money. I was then a little surprised to find that 5 weeks later the timing belt was 6 months overdue. When I messaged the dealer to query this I was told, that they didn't know it needed doing, thinking it was 10 years (changed to 7 years/112000 miles by Jaguar 3 years ago). had they known they would have informed me. As a result I bought a car under the impression it was maintained (as recommended) by Jaguar and all relevant services (including major service items such as timing belt) were done. had I been informed that the timing belt was overdue, I would not have purchased it until the belt was changed. In reality I drove away covering 4000 miles in 5 weeks, on an overdue timing belt, that had it snapped would render the car a very expensive paperweight. Not the peace of mind i thought i paid for! in addition, had it gone, my purchased extended warranty would have also been worthless because it hadn't been maintained in line with the manufacturers service schedule. In response the dealer offered my the option of paying them to fit a new belt. not the response i was expecting. The car is now booked in to Jaguar (at my expense) to have the work done for the peace of mind i initially sought. It is a shame that the initial positive service has now left me with a very sour taste. Moral of the story. Double check everything. I believe I was sold a car with a very important (and potentially costly) bit of information missing, that absolutely would have changed my decision to buy. Unfortunately BRM have now lost a future customer
I purchased a BMW X3 from HARRY I travelled over 100 miles to buy this vehicle and it was worth every mile . Car was pristine I was well happy. Once again thanks HARRY.

Bought an Audi A5 3.0 Quattro..had it serviced at my local garage who declared it a death trap due to suspension issues..BRM are also removing negative reviews..including mine..my garage is preparing evidence for trading standards

Harry at brm gave us excellent service , liked the way he listened to what we had to say on what we needed from a car , When I went to collect car, he even programmed my phone in , and sat nav journey home . Made sure I was comfortable with driving position. Transaction on part exchange and collection of car very smooth, would highly recommend Harry and BRM to anyone looking for good quality cars

We bought a BMW X5 from this garage. Dan was our Salesperson and his communication was extremely helpful from enquiry to transaction. I was a little wary about not going to the larger Car dealers, as previously, but the tailored, one to one service was great and without the usual pushy sales techniques. My ONLY suggestion is maybe install a water or hot drinks machine, as after a long journey, the offer of a drink would've been lovely. This is just a small thing though and didn't ruin our experience. Thanks for your help Dan. We're coming back for that beautiful Range Rover if we win the lottery.

Bought a volvo v50 3 months ago in September. Cars fantastic. Bought many cars from dealers in my 37yrs as a driver.this is probably the best experience I've had.Harry is very honest and straightforward. A very friendly guy.he made the whole process so easy.would definitely use BRM again.QUALITY CARS.
Brm car sales what a joke Sold a £13000 Mercedes Saying 2 keys but only one is for this car Saying that was serviced but didn’t even have oil in the engine And wouldn’t give back the holding deposit I wouldn’t buy a bag of sweets from this bunch of coy boys
