Fantastic Customer Service from start to finish. Harry is very easy to deal with, and he made the experience stress free and enjoyable. No pressure was put on us and we were very pleased with the deal that we got. We are very happy with our car, and we would definately do business with BRM again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with buying a car, drove 8 hours to pick the car up most I’ve ever spent on a car so was really excited picked the car up and took it home and I’ve had nothing but trouble since anti roll bar links , driveshafts, engine faults, sensors, diffs. I took the car to a specialist and he told me it had not many codes to work from and that the garage had just cleared the faults before selling it . Latest bill to get one part on the car sorted is going to be £1200. messaged Harry who sold me the car and he said “ it’s not a new car mate don’t know what u expect “ appalling customer support, will be the last time I buy anything from them and I’ll make sure everyone I know doesn’t go anywhere near the company. Away to get Trading standards involved. If I could rate him any less than 1 star I would.

This is my first purchase from BRM Select Cars I doubt that it will be my last. Can't fault the service, ease and quality of the buying process. Harry made things very smooth, no pressure and a very well turned out vehicle (Jaguar XF), he also delivered it personally. Completely satisfied with the whole process 5 star all the way. I have just bought a BMW 325i from brm select cars, I originally spoke to Harry who was very helpful , and when I went to view the car I dealt with dan who showed me round the car and to test drive it , he was very helpful and made buying my car really easy , I would definitely recommend this garage and would definitely buy another car from them again, many thanks Mike .
