Without boring everyone with the pain that we endured with BraudTower Automotive, they sold us a terrible car, the engine overheated within 2 weeks, we constantly rejected the car, they tried to fix it 3 times, in the end we had to get solicitors involved to get a full refund. After taking the car to an independent garage - they confirmed the amount of problems that the car had. The whole process took about 6 months of my time and effort. They have no idea about customer service, consideration for the impact that they have on people and families OR how to properly inspect a car to ensure it is in fact mechanically sound. I believe the guy that owns this place also owns webuycarstoday.co.uk - and one can only assume that rubbish cars are being purchased from desperate people that can only sell their car at rock bottom prices, knowing they are no good for private sale or part-ex, in order for him to then sell through Broadtower Automotive, making a tidy profit in the process. If you have purchased from this place and want your money back, don’t give up, as that is what they are banking on. Avoid at all costs.

I would not buy any car from Broadrower Automotive. i have had an awful experience so far YOU CANNOT FIND THEIR OFFICE IT IS NOT ADVERTISED OR EVEN A SIGN ON THE DOOR they bullied me into paying a deposit even tho i said i wanted to leave and view a similar car IN KENT. i found out through my homework from the previous owner the prospective car i was purchasing was not viable as had so many issues and advised not to buy the car TOM THEN SAID THEY HAD AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC GIVE CAR A FULL CHECK AND REPORT YET WAS NOT FORTHCOMING WITH THIS REPORT!! REASON GIVEN THEY CANNOT DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION-WHY ? i SPOKE WITH TOM THE OWNER WHO WAS VERY ABRUPT EVEN ARROGANT SAYING I KNEW I WOULD NOT GET MY DEPOSIT BACK EVEN THO CAR WAS NOT HOW IT WAS DESCRIBED TO ME THEIR BULLYING SALES TECHNIQUE IS VERY BRASH AND THEY ARE VERY CONFIDENT AS THOU THEY HAVE DONE THIS ALL BEFORE ! I WILL CLAIM THROUGH VISA MY DEPOSIT AS FEEL IT WAS FALSELY DESCRIBED MY HONEST OPINION CANNOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY. PROFESSIONAL SALESMEN NOT CAR DEALERS WITH A CONSCIENCE.

All the bad reviews mentioned have happened to me. Very dishonest, acting illegally salesmen and owner. The car I bought was so bad that my life was put at risk with a faulty engine that cut out on the motorway. I have contacted local newspapers and after seeing all the complaints made now, we need to make the public aware as this cannot continue. If you have had a bad experience with Broadtower AUtomotive, please contact me 07943 350154 to meet up with local newspapers to share your bad experience next Tuesday 13th Novemeber around 1pm, near Epping area.
First impressions of Broadtower Automotive were great. The location was great and the salesman Tom was friendly. The car looked great and on a test drive appeared to drive fine. The price was good for the mileage. Looking at the service history however it had been serviced between 2005 and 2011 and nothing after. At this point I had suspicions and we should have walked away. But Tom assured us it had been serviced by them but couldn't find the receipt but would post it to us when it was found. A warranty for the engine and gearbox was also thrown in for 6 months. After nearly a week of me chasing them they claimed the car had not been serviced in an error. Also giving me a story that a local mechanic had previously owned the car and it had been maintained even though after 2011 nothing was in the book. At this point I considered returning it and should have and not trusted them. But I swallowed the offer of a payment direct into my account and the hassle of getting it serviced at my local garage. The MOT was due in march and that should have also raised more concern to me as this was only 5 months away. March arrives and just about 1000 miles covered and low and behold major problems. Front bushes have gone and it needs rear disc pads and brakes to pass an MOT. Which will cost £600. But that's not the end it needs a new gearbox cost £1800. Of which the warranty only covers £500. Don't not buy a car or trust a word Broadtower Automotive tells you.

We bought a car and after an hour we found it was rubbish.Luckily we bought a warranty from the dealer as well but it took us 2 and a half months to get it partially done.Tom, the owner is never there and never able to answer the phone. In the rare cases which you can talk to him he actually does nothing to help and just empty promises.Tried to convince me that fixing partially the rubbish he sold me is kind of a huge favour and I should be happy.Whatever you do just don't buy any car from Broadtower Automotive in Ware. The guy has no idea what customer service means.Unfortunately people like him do business and its sad the way he make peoples lives miserable. My partner had to stay without car for ages and take care of a 2months old baby and 5years old.Unfortunately citizens advice didnt help at all just kept advising us to write letters but he never answered anyway.

It appears Broadtower Automotive is a new set up name for Autohub Ware. Have a look at Autohub reveiws on site and avoid this place.
Lovely car, great service. I bought my Fiesta from Broadtower around a month ago and I have to say the service was excellent. The car runs like a dream and I found the staff to be very friendly and not pushy. I am surprised to see the review of 2/5 someone else left, I don't think they could have been more friendly. Will use again.
Sales Team from BroadTower Automotive in response to Sarah Pickett
Hello Sarah, Glad to hear you are happy with the car. Thanks
Buying a car is usually a great experience with plenty excitement and good service but in on this purchase, they did not fulfill in providing a good customer experience. Found Tom and co-workers to be evasive and not very helpful. This was further compounded when the promised service (to the car) was not carried out between viewing the car and collecting. Then, arranged to collect the car on a Sunday, travelled 2 hours to get there only for Tom to arrive close to an hour late (no one else in to help) while I stood outside waiting. During the hand over, highlighted that the remote key was not working properly, Tom insisted that he keep the key and arrange for it to be repaired, only to lose it in the "post". When I asked for proof in that the key was indeed posted, Tom could not produce the receipt and advised (after numerous calls) that he would not replace the key. To sum it all up, terrible service from an unfriendly bunch and in my opinion need lessons on customer service.
Tom from BroadTower Automotive in response to Unhappy
I am deeply disappointed to see that you have left us a poor review of 1.8/5. We tried our utmost to get the car prepared to the highest standards. When you viewed the car originally you was aware the remote was temperamental, so we reduced the price, when you collected it you stated you wanted it working so we offered to get it fixed for free. We then posted it out to you, again free of charge, we cannot be held liable for the fact that you'd changed address. Regards
