Morning Phil We do not offer online bookings for mots It was explained to you that we are extremely busy but if you could leave it with us for the morning we would fit it in for you. If you would of given Lynda an extra 2 seconds before storming off we would of seen if we could of got it into one of the other 2 stations on our road. "A Bunch of cowboys" because you turned up at 08:30 and we said we would squeeze it in for you this morning ???? We did have to google "Total Wassok" and yes this does come to mind. Kind regards John
Buyers Beware!! Please have a trusted mechanic at the ready to inspect any car you are thinking of buying, I purchased a BMW Touring from these and it was an absolute disaster from the start. The car arrived with no locking wheel nut key or logbook, was told they would call me the next day to resolve/advise, no call was ever received. I booked the car in to my local trusted garage to have a look over the car as there were strange sounds and handling behaviours. This unearthed the real issues, the back passager side shock had failed, so much oil leakage there was none left, the rear brakes were metal on metal plus, suspected prop shaft faults to name just a few. Yet this was given a full no advisory MOT a week or 2 before. This garage has no respect for you, your safety, the regulations/law or any other road user, they have firmly placed £££ above everything. I returned the car for a full refund, the very next day the car is back up for sale!! Look elsewhere people or double down on inspecting the vehicle prior to purchasing.

Hi Ian I have just seen this review and have tried to call you to discuss this but you just cancelled my call. We delivered your vehicle to Newcastle for you. Yes the vehicle did not come with a v5 which we had to apply for and yes the locking wheel nut was missing. You purchased a new set and we reimbursed you. We have collected the vehicle from Newcastle and issued you a full refund as requested with no arguments our end. We have inspected this vehicle now back and yes the shock is misted but the prop shaft and brakes are fine. I have been selling cars for over 25 years and I have never come across anybody so rude especially to Lynda. I adhered to every concern you had, sent a truck back to Newcastle and transferred your full refund instantly as you requested. I treat every human being with the upmost respect and put everybody’s safety first. I abide by all regulations and the law at all times, hence why we collected the vehicle and gave you a full refund as soon as you requested it. Regards John

Firstly, you had no option whatsoever but to collect the vehicle and refund me in full. Secondly, I have pictures of the shock and if you call that misting then there is a bigger issue than first thought, but, if you want to call it misting then I call that an MOT advisory anyway. Thirdly, those brakes are not ok, so anyone viewing this BM please make note of them and if they are new then I rest my case. As for being the most rudest customer you have ever faced in your 25 years of selling cars, I can only 😂. My husband and I just bought ourselves two cars from here, plus we part exchanged his. We are so happy with the new cars, they’re incredible value for money but also the manager John went above and beyond to make sure they were well serviced and came to us in spot on condition. He even said he could hear a noise and wanted to investigate it before he sent it out to us - I would never have noticed that myself but was enormously grateful. I never write reviews but really felt I should here as finding a trusted garage for second hand cars can be hard. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone.

Absolute crap company sold me a car with nothing but problems. Costing over 5 grand to repair. Then they cancelled the warranty saying I bought after market parts. Do not buy from these robbers.

I bought a stunning BMW M4 from Brooke MOT Centre about a month ago. As soon as I got the car, it had a small issue to be fixed. I contacted Emmanuel ( who I bought my car from ) and brought my car back to them and they fixed it very quickly. When I picked up my car, it was all beautifully cleaned and shining!! They were excellent at customer care . Now I am thoroughly enjoying my M4. I would go back to them for my son’s car in the future !! Thank you Emmanuel !!

I purchased a Audi S5 in April 2022 very happy with it but it had a couple of issues a couple of weeks later spoke to them and they resolved it but is a 10 year old performance car so no surprise nice car’s will cost so think about I didn’t but I’m still happy with it 😁
I purchased a 911 targa gts from this garage in March 2022 and I can’t even begin to tell you what they delivered to me. Worst condition car Iv ever seen. I told them I wasn’t happy as the wheels were damaged I had to get valeted which was charged £150 the tar that came off was awful was covered and I mean covered in stone chips marks all over the car. The spoiler stopped working, had 2 nails in 2 tyres and I just hated the car as soon as I had it delivered. I tried to contact them re this they said they would arrange to fix the wheels ordered new centre caps shipped them then never answered my calls after this. Iv now sold the car on and lost crazy money as the condition of car did not reflect the £100,000 price tag. Shocking
I put a deposit on a Renault Clio, but unfortunately there were problems with it but the staff there were so helpful and informative. I wasn’t able to buy the car in the end because of the faults, but I must say that I believe the staff did their utmost to fix the problems so thank you for all your effort and time, carry on the good work

I was initially put off attending the garage due to the recent bad reviews, however they had the car I liked, at the right price and mileage so I thought no harm in a visit. Make own mind up, don't listen to negative reviews. Glad I did, got the car I wanted and the whole team were pleasant to deal with, no pushing a sale. I would recommend if your here looking at a car, visit them and make your own minds up. I have had to contact since purchase to iron out a minor niggle but that has also been resolved to both our satisfaction after a slight delay or it would have been 5 stars. Nice team especially Emmanuel.
