I saw a camper van on their website and was told i could trade in my last camper. On inspection he changed his mind and sold me a blue camper that he had owned and said he bought from a friend. He said he would send off the documents and and would het the invoice at the weekend when the full amount was paid and said take the van so you can i sure it. Having tried to insure i found out it was on the wrong plates and then also found out that the seat belt catch, window washer fluid were broken and also the passenger door wouldnt open from the inside making it dangerous meaning he must of given a dodgy new Mot on it. I addresses the problems without much success as i they were just bodged so would break again eventually getting them done myself. I eventually got the documents though after the proper registration plates were put on to find a few months later after being puled over by the police that he hadnt changed the colour to the right colour after his company had sprayed it.. This was all bad enough but when i went to sell it i had a mechanic inspect it and told me that the engine and chassis number along with the wheelbase were all wrong. I paid him a visit and recorded it asking him why the hell did he sell me an illegal van and lie to me when he had it for so ling and having bought it off his friend. I asked for a refund having bought it off of his website only to be told that the invoice was put in his own name at a later date presumably to not off a warranty when i paid the full price on his website.. He now refuses to do anything about it which having done my research about his other illegal activities im not surprised about.. His wife and my wife even knew eachother from the school runs which really shows what type of people they are. I will post my experiance everywhere i can and will pursue a refund through the courts while making people aware of this persons business activities!! Do not buy from this place and make sure your car details match the documents and that they havent sold you an illegal unroadworthy car with a dodgy MoT on it!! Booked an MOT via their website for a Saturday, turn up to be told "don't do them on Saturday!! Ffs! So booked for Monday morning, turned up to be told we can't fit you in we are too busy! Voted with my feet and left!! Total wassoks!

Absolute crap company sold me a car with nothing but problems. Costing over 5 grand to repair. Then they cancelled the warranty saying I bought after market parts. Do not buy from these robbers.

I bought a stunning BMW M4 from Brooke MOT Centre about a month ago. As soon as I got the car, it had a small issue to be fixed. I contacted Emmanuel ( who I bought my car from ) and brought my car back to them and they fixed it very quickly. When I picked up my car, it was all beautifully cleaned and shining!! They were excellent at customer care . Now I am thoroughly enjoying my M4. I would go back to them for my son’s car in the future !! Thank you Emmanuel !!

I purchased a Audi S5 in April 2022 very happy with it but it had a couple of issues a couple of weeks later spoke to them and they resolved it but is a 10 year old performance car so no surprise nice car’s will cost so think about I didn’t but I’m still happy with it 😁

I purchased a 911 targa gts from this garage in March 2022 and I can’t even begin to tell you what they delivered to me. Worst condition car Iv ever seen. I told them I wasn’t happy as the wheels were damaged I had to get valeted which was charged £150 the tar that came off was awful was covered and I mean covered in stone chips marks all over the car. The spoiler stopped working, had 2 nails in 2 tyres and I just hated the car as soon as I had it delivered. I tried to contact them re this they said they would arrange to fix the wheels ordered new centre caps shipped them then never answered my calls after this. Iv now sold the car on and lost crazy money as the condition of car did not reflect the £100,000 price tag. Shocking

I put a deposit on a Renault Clio, but unfortunately there were problems with it but the staff there were so helpful and informative. I wasn’t able to buy the car in the end because of the faults, but I must say that I believe the staff did their utmost to fix the problems so thank you for all your effort and time, carry on the good work
