I was initially put off attending the garage due to the recent bad reviews, however they had the car I liked, at the right price and mileage so I thought no harm in a visit. Make own mind up, don't listen to negative reviews. Glad I did, got the car I wanted and the whole team were pleasant to deal with, no pushing a sale. I would recommend if your here looking at a car, visit them and make your own minds up. I have had to contact since purchase to iron out a minor niggle but that has also been resolved to both our satisfaction after a slight delay or it would have been 5 stars. bought hyundia tuscon in may from here good car had probelm with engine management light coming on took it back all they done reset sensor 2 weeks later same thing happened again took it back they done same thing again. 3 weeks later same thing happened so this time they said would lend me a car while they sorted it. every time i phoned they never had a spare car handy so they said they would phone me when they had one . guess what never heard from them surprise surprise now warranty ran out .took it to my own garage and for £85 00 he cleaned filter in exhaust system which was full of soot put it on dianostic machine and got it running perfect.so yf you buy a car from here dont expect arfter sales service because as far as i am concered it does not excist.

Bought a car from here. On first day of driving it we had issues, so i called them to be told by salesman he had received 3 Other calls with same issues on other cars sold by them, i was told to get car back to him. We took it to them and wasnt even offered a loan car. Would i of trusted one of their loan cars, i very much doubt it. Service from start to finish was shit. Perhaps some customer service training would come in handy!!!!!! Left to stand out in rain when we went over to view to then to be seen by a mechanic who knew nothing about the car. It was a shambles. Finely got car sorted after them holding onto it For over a week. We were promised a phone call when it was ready to be picked up, we never got one. We had to do the chasing.. I Would never return here and wouldnt recommend to anyone. Steer clear.

Bought a car here, Wheels didn’t fit and had been ground back with a grinder, they couldn’t even do that right as hitting brake calliper. Super glued a split air intake and has a foul o2 sensor. Wouldn’t answer phone calls either

Lovely at first the seller, only had truck for 3 weeks then covid 19 hit so did not use, was told 12 months mot, checked after only, 2, said full service sent picture on the left getting services, had problems straight away, got a mechanic to look, air filter not change, fuel filter not change, no oil change, egr valve blocked, and 6 inch split in intercooler hose, patched with superglue, would never buy a car off these cowboys best bet a horse

I have just purchased a fiat Panda from here by doing the whole business remotely for the very first time in these difficult times, I have to say Emanuel has been brilliant, he responds to emails very well even after close of business and late evening to late in the night. For a sales guy to do this is amazing how many dealers can you say who will email you up to 11pm at night not many I bet... This is commitment and brilliant customer service. Another plus point Emanuel offers free delivery to your doorstep you don't have to leave your home which is a brilliant service to offer, how many dealers offer this type of service very few even a main dealer don't deliver hardly, for the service these guys offer is brilliant. I bought a Mercedes 280 slk from Brooke MOT Centre i accepted the fact that being 15 years old it will not be in showroom condition i arranged the deal a small amount of money off for no part ex and I would get it serviced the Dealer offered a full years MOT i arranged pick up on a Saturday when the day arrived the Dealer was more interested in what his partner was doing rather than attending to me after a wait of 45 minutes he said i had his full attention i did because he wanted the money he did not offer a talk thru of the car it was just give us the dosh and go Now for the real gripe once I got home Home 3 days later I went thru the car i have had to replace the brake pads which only had 4 mm of braking surface left both back indicator bulbs were showing white light not Amber both these are advisory on MOT but my MOT was clear also front tire had a slow puncture nail in the tread again not picked up plus to top it all i had to replace the thermostat and the power steering pump was very low on fluid this has caused pump to fail and I have had to replace that as well cost to me is well over what I negotiated off selling price Would i take it back for the Dealer to repair no chance i would not trust them to do the job would i buy a car from Brooke MOT center what do you think this is an honest review i have kept all the parts that I have replaced so when you are told the car has been checked make sure you get it checked for your peace of mind
