Can't praise Brooke MOT Centre enough, they sorted my finance and car is perfect really great service & extremely helpful Highly recommend.

I spent £17k on an Audi from Brooke MOT Centre - a lot of money, but anyone's standards. Included in the price was a full parts & labour warranty, "including wear and tear" (the actual words of the sales person). 10 months in and a couple of issues have arisen - nothing major, but they needed sorting (engine management light came on first, plus dis & pads, which were obviously worn when I bough the car), I phoned Brooke MOT and spoke to the owner, Jason, and we agreed the best way forward would be to get a quote from my local Audi service centre, and they would then make a contribution towards the cost. I wasn't expecting all costs to be covered as the warranty stated that the car would need to go back to Norwich (i live in Brighton) - seemed like a fair arrangement to me. I had the work done (£900) including a full service, and then spoke to the original sales person, Manny, who said he'd speak to Jason and get back to me later that week, with an offer of what they would contribute. That week came and went but no call, so I called again (Wednesday) and Manny said they'd "been busy", but he'd definitely speak to Jason on Friday as it was "wages day". Friday came and went, no call, so I called Manny for a third time and "luckily" Jason was there, so I spoke him and he gave me another assurance that they would make a fair contribution to the cost and requested I email over the invoice and work breakdown from the Audi service centre, which I did the same day (for reference, this is now two weeks after I spoke with Manny the first time). 4 Days later, I emailed again to chase up the offer of contribution - no reply. I waited and another 4 days and sent another email - no reply, so I phoned Manny again who firmly agreed that the matter had been going on too long and that Jason would definitely get back to me the same day with an offer. Needless to say, I didn't hear back. The next day I emailed again, asking why their promise wasn't fulfilled - no reply. I called Manny again who said they'd been "too busy" to get it sorted. So, I've given up, 4 weeks later. How any business can treat customer spending £17k like this is beyond me. All they needed to do was make a contribution towards the costs, a few hundred quid, and I would have been happy, Instead, they've got a disgruntled customer and have severely damaged their reputation. I'll happily take this review down if the matter can be resolved.

Purchased a Vauxhall Corsa for my son a couple of months ago. Its a great first car. There have been a couple of minor issues, which have been resolved quickly and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend this dealer.

Very happy with the XC60 Volvo we bought from Brooke MOT Centre. Absolutely immaculate and a beautiful drive. Very good value. Emmanuel promised to get us a manual for it as there wasn't one and he was as good as his word, a brand new one duly arrived in the post. Exceptional service thank you.

Just bought a car from this dealer and was very impressed by the friendly helpful service of the salesman. Did not feel in any way pressurised to buy and once the decision was made he kindly helped me with all the necessary paperwork. The warranty given with the car was more comprehensive than that provided by most dealerships. Would heartily recommend.

I would like to say what a brilliant and professional approach I experienced from manny the salesman, he has done everything I asked and more about the BMW m3 I purchased. Would definitely recommend others to deal with such a professional dealer!!

We didn't expect to buy a car yesterday, as we purely set out to have a look and maybe a test drive. The vehicle we went to look at was exactly the same as our current car apart from it was 3 years newer, less miles, and in a different colour. The sales chap was a pleasure to deal with and was very knowledgable about the car we ended up buying. He offered us such a good deal we couldn't think of a reason why not to buy it!? I will start this by stating I am now a person who writes reviews normally but I am I am incredibly impressed by Brooke MOT Centre I felt I should. The initial service was excellent and the after sale care truly brilliant. I purchased two used cars around Christmas time 2015 one had no issues at all. The other had an issue but nothing that any mechanic anywhere could have picked up. At the end of the day they are used not new there would not be garages everywhere id they didnt. As soon as I called both the owner and the Sales Rep completely put me at ease sorted the problem free of charge, gave me a courtesy car and stuck to their every word with the warranty and the service they said they would provide. Personally i will only buy any future cars from this garage as they are a gem in an industry that is unknown for lots of people. Keep up the good work Brooke MOT. this firm is brilliant!!!
