Thusday- was desperate for a car as mine had died and although unsure about car and salesman, I put down £100 on a car to collect Monday as they said they were too busy to get it ready before-also salesman said someone else was coming later to look at car. Next day was warned by friend who had had a lot of dealings with this business not to buy the car without lots of checks or a long warranty. Decided not to go ahead so tried to contact business leaving messages on Friday evening and got someone on Sat morning and employee said he'd sort refund after weekend. However, on Monday got email from original salesman who said the business would not do refund as they had done MOT and service, despite the fact that the money was a deposit against the car and I had not been told the deposit was non-refundable and though if they sell the car soon, they have lost nothing. Cannot understand business operating in this way, as £100 is peanuts to them against gaining a bad reputation. Do not buy unless very sure about vehicle.

Purchased a VW POLO over the phone today from (BROOKE MOT CENTRE.) I must admit, not something I've done before, but I felt the guy I was talking to knew his stuff. There wasn't any waffle and he knew everything about the car I wanted to know. There was no money off the asking price but I did mange to haggle a free cam belt change out of them inc in the full asking price. We are Collecting it next Saturday, so let's hope it's as good as they say it is. Fingers crossed!

After looking at lots of vehicles around Norwich we finally narrowed it down to 4 vehicles, two of which were at Brooke mot centre, great! Anyway long story short the first two vehicles we saw were both very tatty and the other was mis described so we quickly made decisions on both of those. As previously thought our daughter straight away fell in love with the little black Citroen and after a quick drive we did a deal. They agreed to service, mot & valet the vehicle and also fitted two new tyres as part of the mot. All in all very happy with the service and liked the fact they have there own workshop so our daughter can run the car in when ever she wants over the next 3 months free of charge. Excellent peace of mind, well for us anyway! You never when buying a used car

DO NOT BUY FROM BROOKE MOT CENTRE. Absolutely disgusted by how much me and my partner was lost out on due to a car they sold me. She purchased a car last year, wanted a bigger car due to expecting our 3rd child. From the start I knew the bloke was dodgy. £3495 for a corsa 1.2 with over 85,000 milles I didn't want her to buy this but was her money. He put a fresh MOT on the car. With no advisories (funny that!!). For her to later find out that the car had so many problems. Including the brakes and fluids. Costing her well over £600 to repair. How this person can sell a pregnant lady a car knowing it had faults but clearly giving her a questionable MOT.

I took my old bike for an mot today. I haven't used it much since the last mot mind you. I've only covered about 300 miles if that. I waited with it whilst it was done. The old girl passed which I was happy about. £25 pounds later, Good service very happy. I'll be taking mine & my wife's car up there when they next need a service or mot that's for sure

We recently had all three of our cars serviced and MOT'd at Brooke MOT Centre. We were made to feel very welcomed, offered tea and coffee, lift home and collection service once our vehicles were all ready.
