Worst dealership ever, dealt with Jack, paid deposit, a few days before I go collect the car get a text saying they realised it had a none stock exhaust, damage to sensors getting it off so refunding deposit sorry. Within minutes the cars relisted on Autotrader at a higher price with the none stock exhaust now listed as a feature so clearly not removing it all, total lies, don't waste your time with these cowboys, avoid at all costs, tones of terrible reviews on Google to so wish I'd check them first, can't actually find a worse reviewed dealership.

BROWNROYD MOTORS was by far the best dealership experience when purchasing our new car! The staff were professional, honest and most of all kind. All our questions were answered and nothing was to much. We are so happy to have bought our car from them and would definitely recommend a visit if your due a new car. You will NOT be disappointed!
Smashing customer service from everybody at Brownroyd in Heywood, I have never received customer service as good as this before. They were helpful, friendly, accommodating, courteous,... everything you would want a dealership to be! My BMW is perfect and is better than I ever expected it to be, I am over the moon with my purchase and would definitely return and recommend again!

I recently bought a Mercedes here and I'm over the moon with it. Its in really good condition for a second hand car. A friendly and helpful salesman and everybody else I met was pleasant too. I would buy another car here in the future...

I went to view a car that I had seen online, the car was in great condition when I went to view it and it was presented very well, the salesman seemed highly organised and had everything in order ready for the sale. He did not pressure me into purchasing my car, however, he showed me around it in great detail and seemed to be highly knowledgeable which is always reassuring. It was a very simple transaction and rather quick as well! I am loving my new motor and would definitely pass on my recommendations to others!

Really pleased with my new Beemer. It is really nice and much better than I expected. The staff were sweet to deal with they answered anything that I asked and with the right answer not just making it up as they go along... like usual. They provided nothing less than a 5 star service and I highly recommend them.

Wow, what a car my Mercedes is! It drives perfectly and is very smooth. The salesman provided brilliant customer service, I was able to take my time when viewing the car and didn't feel pressure into the sale, the salesman said 'give me a shout if you need anything' and left me to it. Without a doubt I would highly recommend Brownroyd Motors if you are in they Heywood region, they are fantastic at what they do!

After a long and hard search for the perfect car we came across it at Brownroyd Motors. We organised to see the Audi E-Tron and was pleasantly surprised at its immaculate condition, it is a gorgeous car and really stands out from the crowd. All of the staff were a great bunch of people, they all looked after me exceptionally well, they answered all of my queries and provided a very detailed handover on collection! I highly recommend!

Brownroyds have provided me with the best service I have ever received, their team were amazing from the moment I stepped foot there. They really value every customer that walks through their doors and go above and beyond to deliver the best service. My Mercedes is a gorgeous car and looked better than I ever imagined it to be, it looked better in person than it did online. I cannot recommend these highly enough, and will only be using these from now on!
