I recently dealt with Billy at Brownroyd when buying my new BMW. I can't fault Billy at all, he was really friendly, yet professional and it was a quick seamless experience, I am over-all very happy with my new BMW and wouldn't hesitate recommend Brownroyd on to others.

I searched on the internet for the car I was looking for, for quite a while and then I finally found 'the one' at Brownroyd. I live miles away from the dealership but this particular car ticked all the boxes and I couldn't miss the opportunity. I arranged to see the car, and when I got there the salesman was very relaxed and let me take my time looking over, asking questions, he was not at all pushy. I actually ended up driving the car home the same day which was great, it saved me the huge drive back to collect it. Over all I'm happy an I'm enjoying my new vehicle and found Brownroyd motors to be helpful and accommodating.

It was by far the nicest one I'd seen. I called and got a great vibe from the guy, dead helpful and polite, we took it from there and it was quick and easy, no hassle. Very pleased with the car and the service and process - I will certainly look here again when wanting to change (I cant see that been any time soon though haha).
