I have recently purchased Mercedes from Brownroyd and other than 1 small gripe, I cannot fault the dealership or the car. I have put 4 stars for a few options and I only knocked the points off as the car didnt have any new car mats when I took it away, I haven't mentioned this to the garage in all fairness. I am really really happy with the car and over the moon with the customer service provided, I would be happy to buy here again and recommend to others.

New Audi Q7 - absolutely spot on, lovely car, I'm made up with it. Cant fault the chaps in the dealership, very helpful and friendly. I would happily buy again and certainly recommend to others.

The customer service was absolutely brilliant, they treated me very well, clearly explained the process and stages, regular updates and the staff themselves are very very knowledgeable. The car is a very nice car and the price was good compared to elsewhere. No hesitation in buying from this garage again.

I was due an upgrade and had been searching for some time, I came across the perfect BMW 430 with Brownroyd Motors. It read great, looked pristine and generally talking was just what I wanted. The dealer is quite a distance but luckily my brother lives up North so I made it a round trip. When I arrived at the showroom the first thing I saw was the car, it was absolutely gleaming, spotless. It looked immaculate and 10x better than the photos. I am loving the car so far, its great, I've not driven it as much as I'd like but what I have driven has been very enjoyable. The customer service provided through-out the sale was second to none, absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend Brownroyd Motors and will certainly use them again in the future.

After my last car was written off, I was in the market for a new one. I had been looking for a few weeks when I saw the one at Brownroyd. It was perfect.... in my price range, nice looking, very good condition, petrol, low mileage etc etc.... I called them to enquire, left a deposit and collected a few days later., as simple as that. What I really liked about the process is that they were to the point, there was no trying to upsell or pushing extended warranties on me. Just a quick, simple purchase, Very happy.
