The people at Brownroyd Motors were very polite and made me feel welcomed. I had no issues whatsoever with the customer service, really friendly and they were actually a really nice bunch of people. My car is lovely and drives exactly how I imagined it would be so I can't complain. I would definitely buy from Brownroyd Motors again if I wanted to change.

Very much stress free, never bought a car and thought... I actually enjoyed that, until buying a car from Brownroyds! I found a BMW 3 Series online and went down to see it the next day, the boys welcomed me and showed me around the car in details before leaving me to look over it on my own. They wasn't watching over me and rushing me at all. The car was better than expected, looked in lovely condition mechanically and cosmetically I snapped it up and I've not looked back since. Thanks to everybody for making it super simple and easy, the easiest car purchase I've ever made.

I have a lot of time for Brownroyd Motors, all of the lads are helpful and down to earth, no nonsense at all. They look after you well and ensure that you are 100% happy before driving away. Although my car is a 65 plate, it was in gorgeous condition and had very little wear and tear marks, its immaculate. I have already recommended and would happily recommend these to anybody.

I had an issue with my Octavia not long after purchasing it from Brownroyds so I took it back there and they were more than happy to help me, they got the issue resolved right away no questions asked. The service was top notch and they have been a great garage to deal with even with a problem with the car. Ever since then, it has been running perfectly and has been really enjoyable.

This BMW is for my son and he absolutely loves it, says its the best car he has had up to now! Everything about the sale was very straight forwards and simple! Absolutely amazing! The customer service provided by the guys at the Heywood dealership were fantastic, they answered any question I had and were very informative of the Jag that I was purchasing! I will definitely be back when I want an upgrade, they were spot on!
