I absolutely love my new car to bits, its the best car Ive ever ever owned, its perfect. I chose a BMW 420 and Im loving the drive of it, very smooth, its great on fuel and nice and spacious, really practical. At the dealership I spoke to Jack I couldn't have asked for any more, he was friendly, polite, we got on well and any questions I had or anything I needed he sorted me out, I will 100% buy my cars from Brownroyd moving forward and defo recommend them

I've had lots of previous cars and a few variants of makes, but I wanted to go for something I've never had before, a Mercedes. I decided I wanted a Hybrid. A straight forward and easy purchase, I was in and out within no time. I'm not local but was in the area on business. I had a scan on Autotrader and found a BMW 330 Diesel, I called them in the morning, they said the car is prepped, clean and ready to go, I collected it that afternoon and traded mine in. The easiest car purchase I've ever made, and I have made plenty! I'm very pleased with the car, its doing great, just put the private reg on and I'm having some fun with it, very accommodating dealer and extremely quick turn around.

I was so pleased with my Mercedes when I went to collect it, I had done the majority online and over the phone, it was Saj I was speaking to. He was lovely, really friendly, welcoming and had lots of information on the car, he was on the ball. I went to collect the car and I took my Mum with me, she was scoping the stock out and is now buying a car herself from Brownroyd Motors. The collection was as smooth as it could have been given the restrictions and the staff adhered to all social distancing and covid measures, I felt very safe on site with them. When I'm ready for an upgrade, I will definitely be back to this dealer.
