I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, I will definitely be back when we want a new purchase. The car was for my wife and she is very happy, which means I am happy too. The car is a dream, it drives well and has been very reliable. The customer service has been great, they answered every question my wife had (which was touching nearly 100) and they were so patient with the kids as well. We couldn't have chosen a more accommodating dealership to go to, they have been superb.

I made the journey of 5 hours each way to make it to Brownroyd Motors in Manchester, I am so glad I did. The car I got is wonderful, it is so reliable and drives like a dream. The staff there were helpful and more importantly there were no pushy sales, nobody looking over my shoulder constantly and there was no pressure whatsoever. I was given the keys and allowed to get on with it. I am so pleased with the experience it was fantastic. The trip was worth it and I would definitely do the journey again if they had the car I was looking for.

I recently purchased a BMW 420 from Brownroyd Motors, I went to their site to view it and it was in immaculate condition. The dealer had everything ready for me and answered my many questions. My BMW is perfect. It's very nice to drive, smooth and definitely has some power behind it. Everybody I spoke to was great, but I dealt with Billy mainly, who was extremely helpful and made the transaction super simple. I am very happy with the overall experience, and in a few years when I want a new car, these would be the first port of call!

Fast and efficient service from Brownroyd motors - most of the deal conducted over the phone with a good valuation for trade in against the car I was buying which was also priced very well Car was as described and immaculate condition - even had a quarter of a tank to get me on my way - very good car buying experience and I will be looking to use again in the future

From the minute I arrived Brownroyd provided a great service end to end, such an easy decision on a purchase of lovely Range Rover sport. They pulled out all the stops to have the car ready in just a few days. I have had a few issues but they have been efficient and quick to rectify it for me and given me a courtesy car while they carry out the work which was a brilliant help.
