Made a long distance travel from down south for the car . I only saw it online so was hoping it was all good when I arrived with the intention of taking it away. Everything was mint, I took it away the same day which was great. I do love the car, its been great for me since buying and it was nice to do the long drive home to get a good feel for it. Over all very happy with everything!

Salesman was very helpful and friendly and the process was easy and straightforward. The customer service when buying it was brilliant! Unfortunately I have actually crashed the car but it is currently being fixed. I liked my experience with Brownroyd and would be happy to go back to them.

I am really pleased I chose Brownroyd to buy my car from, really nice dealership, lovely staff, all very helpful and generally just nice people to talk and deal with. There's a lovely choice of cars which all seem well looked after and clean. I went with a Mercedes and its absolutely perfect for me. I've had a few niggles but they have been really helpful in sorting them out, I cant fault the dealership at all - thank you Brownroyd.
