I just bought a lovely new car from Brownroyd and I'm really happy with my purchase. They were excellent, everyone I spoke to was very helpful and polite they were happy to accommodate me, and nothing was too much to ask. The car was lovely and clean on pick up it really is a lovely car. No problems in recommending them on to others.

I would happily recommend Brownroyd to my friends and family, we had a great expereince with them when buying our new car, everything was made easy for us and very clear, we went away without any questions. We liked the car, how it drove and especially the price - very competetive, so it was a no brainer... very happy with everything overall and will be using Brownroyd again in the future.

Customer service wise it was brilliant, when buying they were helpful and really informative and extremely polite and professional! Very happy with the BMW its all going well so far and was immaculate when collecting. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles.

Really helpful staff, they was always updating me with the process and stages. Love my new car It's great to drive and looks immaculate its a truly lovely motor, in top condition - I was not disappointed one bit. I will recommend and would use Brownroyd again no question.

Well after only having the car a few weeks someone crashed into us. But after having it all fixed it's driving and looking amazing again! I cant praise this dealership enough they just went above and beyond for me in every aspect and because of issues with the finance they drove the car and delivered it directly to me which I thought was just brilliant and shows how much they care about there customers. I've recommended to all my friends already

Great overall experience. All questions professionally answered before I came down to test drive the car, purchased and drove away same day. One of the best dealership I have been to and the easiest and quickest car purchase. Definitely recommend to others... a great dealership!
