The service at Brownroyd was great and I would definitely recommend to a friend. I really enjoyed looking for my new Mercedes E Class and the team at the dealership made the process really easy, I literally found the car online, contacted the dealer, test drove and bought it. Super simple.

Given the current fuel shortage issue I can say I am feeling self-satisfied with my new purchase, I bought a hybrid around 3/4 weeks ago and I cannot compliment the car enough, its a really nice car. Its the first Hybrid we've ever had and were chuffed with it, very impressed. After a long drive up there there we was greeted and welcomed by the salesman, there was no hanging around and the car was pristine, it looked great everything was ready for us, very organised and simple. The salesman explained everything very well, we didnt come away with any questions at all. I've had a follow up call to check I'm happy with everything and I couldn't be more pleased, so thank you to all who involved.

I have recommended Brownroyd to a lot of my mates already, I was blown away with the dealership and car I bought, the car is amazing, I absolutely love it! I got a great deal with the dealership too, the car was a cracking price! The guys were amazing, so helpful and any questions I asked were answered, I wanted some extra's and they sorted that with no issues, a very streamline and easy process. Buying a used car always comes with the risk that things may need replacing/repairing, but for me its how they handle any issues which is important. I bought a BMW 435 and the air con needed re-gassing, as soon as I spoke to the dealer the car was booked in, I couldn't fault how helpful and quick they worked to get it rectified. The customer service has been absolutely brilliant. They explained all the details to me, the warranty etc and made sure I understood everything before leaving with my new car. Really impressed and would not hesitate buying here again!

We travelled over 2 hours from Birmingham to Heywood to buy our car, after an extensive online search, we finally found the car that was perfect for us. When we contacted the dealership the salesman was amazing, he was helpful and gave all the information about the car upfront without any prompt, he was honest and clear about everything. When we met the salesman, Saj, face to face he was just as exceptional as he was over the phone. He couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very comfortable with the whole procedure. The car we bought is fabulous, very much enjoying driving it. We will certainly look here first when we are due an upgrade!

We would recommend Brownroyd Motors to anybody thinking of buying a new car, the process was so good it was streamline, simple and enjoyable! The team were on the ball and very good through-out the whole process. I feel we was valued as customers and treated very well. We changed from a Land Rover to a C Class so a big difference in size - but its a dream to drive, its lovely inside feels luxurious compared to the Land Rover.
