We would recommend Brownroyd Motors to anybody thinking of buying a new car, the process was so good it was streamline, simple and enjoyable! The team were on the ball and very good through-out the whole process. I feel we was valued as customers and treated very well. We changed from a Land Rover to a C Class so a big difference in size - but its a dream to drive, its lovely inside feels luxurious compared to the Land Rover.

First time using this dealer, but it certainly wont be the last, we will upgrade with Brownroyd every time! I bought my Wife a 3 series and she is very pleased with it. I used brownroyd motors for the first time to buy a mercedes and Ive really enjoyed driving it, when I finally get chance! I only really use the car on weekends, so its kept in pristine condition. No problems at all with the car and very happy with the service from brownroyd.

Due to a bump on the road I needed a new car as my A4 was not worth repairing. I really loved the car so decided to look for the same one, just a little upgraded. I bought my first A4 from Brownroyd so I went straight back there. Brownroyd offer a very good buying experience, a fabulous service and are over-all a lovely company to deal with. This car is lovely, its a lovely drive - not much different from the old car but I'm really happy with it. I will beback to Brownroyd when I want to upgrade tis one too!

A fantastically presented motor upon arrival to collect. Brilliant service during the sale and even better after the sale when we returned with issues with the tyres, all was replaced and the dealer rectified any niggles we had. I highly recommend.

We bought a lovely C-Class estate from Brownroyd. We live some distance from Manchester so relied on the website and phone calls to reserve and ultimately buy the car. All the guys we dealt with were helpful and patient, and after sales service has be also been good so far.

I have always had BMWs but I was urging for an upgrade, just something nicer, newer, less mileage, better condition etc... I found a 320 here and I couldn't walk away from it, it was stunning. The dealership was extremely clean and tidy and the stock looked of high quality. The guys I met were very nice, clam and professional, the whole thing went well, very smooth. I am over the moon with the 320 - its been nice getting used to it and I'm thoroughly enjoying driving it!
