Everything ran so smoothly, the whole process was simple and quick. I found the car online and contacted the dealership, from the first telephone call the salesman was very helpful, he gave me all the details of the car and told me to have a think and come back to them. It was nice to have the decision in my hands and not be pressured into buying the car. I am so pleased with the car its perfect, it was exactly as described and very shiny when I collected it.

I was honestly blown away with these guys they were absolutely fantastic, everybody that I dealt with was amazing so helpful, friendly and polite. I cant praise this dealership highly enough. I can't wait to upgrade with them in a year or so and do it all over again. A headlight needed repairing so I took it back and there guys couldn't sort it so they booked me in a 3rd party garage and paid for the work, they have been fantastic. They looked after me when I was buying and gave me a very good price on my part exchange. I will recommend Brownroyd motors to anybody looking to buy a new car, you will not be disappointed.

They were brilliant, in terms of sales, can't fault them... they did everything I wanted/expected and they was always on the ball. I bought BMW 3 Series and the car is lovely Im chuffed to bits with it.

A really nice set up at this dealership, they had all measures in place to keep us safe, everybody was friendly but very cautious and it was a clear and easy handover, and the car was just like advertised, it was pristine. I cant fault the car what so ever, really enjoying it and happy with it. Brownroyd did really well I would be happy to buy from them again.

I bought a Mercedes and the engine light came on I took it straight back and they fix it right away for me very helpful and kind. Now I am very happy with the Mercedes and very much enjoying it. I of course would buy again at Brownroyd Motors because they were helpful and looked after me very well.

I really liked the chilled vibe at Brownroyd, nobody came running over pecking you, everybody was professional but relaxed, no pushiness or pressure. I bought a Golf GTI 2 Litre, its amazing!! I'm absolutely loving it, it looked perfect when I collected it, shiny, clean absolutely immaculate. The staff were very helpful and have been after the sale too. I had a call a month or so after to check I was still happy and if I had any questions, a nice personal touch.

Spot on dealership - really easy to deal with and so friendly. It was an exciting experience buying my new Golf, usually this sort of purchase is daunting, but the dealer handled everything very well, especially with the restrictions in place! I am so happy with my new Mercedes-Benz C Class, I was shocked at how quickly the dealer worked for me. I found the car and called them in the morning, I went and collected it that afternoon, it was so quick and easy and Brownroyd Motors literally did everything for me, it was stress-free and exciting. I'm 100% the car, is absolutely sound, lovely to drive and very comfortable. I will keep Brownroyd in my mind for when I need to upgrade or recommend to others.
