Quality car, Under no pressure at all to buy, no bombarding you with emails or phone calls like 99% of places, infact we exchanged the majority over whatsapp messages which was easier for me with work. Had an issue with the battery contacted the service team which you get all the details of in your buyers pack with there 3 months free warranty (can purchase longer warranty deals also), they emailed me back within a matter of minutes asking me to take the car in whenever its easiest for me so i told him a day and time it was agreed the mrs drove the car up as i was working and the battery had already been ordered ready, swapped over onto a new battery no messing about and away she went. All the guys i met as i was there seemed pleasant and they know theyre cars. Wouldnt hesistate to buy from here again, it will be the first place i look when im ready for my next, i didnt use them to part ex but asked them for a price out of curiosity and to be fair to them they offered within 250 quid of what i had already got for mine so they do give a decent part ex rate too.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, I will definitely be back when we want a new purchase. The car was for my wife and she is very happy, which means I am happy too. The car is a dream, it drives well and has been very reliable. The customer service has been great, they answered every question my wife had (which was touching nearly 100) and they were so patient with the kids as well. We couldn't have chosen a more accommodating dealership to go to, they have been superb.

I made the journey of 5 hours each way to make it to Brownroyd Motors in Manchester, I am so glad I did. The car I got is wonderful, it is so reliable and drives like a dream. The staff there were helpful and more importantly there were no pushy sales, nobody looking over my shoulder constantly and there was no pressure whatsoever. I was given the keys and allowed to get on with it. I am so pleased with the experience it was fantastic. The trip was worth it and I would definitely do the journey again if they had the car I was looking for.

My BMW is perfect. It's very nice to drive, smooth and definitely has some power behind it. Everybody I spoke to was great, but I dealt with Billy mainly, who was extremely helpful and made the transaction super simple. I am very happy with the overall experience, and in a few years when I want a new car, these would be the first port of call!
