I purchased my Audi TT from Broxburn Motorzone last month. Having had the runaround from both Arnold Clark and Evans Halshaw I must admit I was a little cautious to be going outside a main dealer. Having said that, after experiencing the professionalism of the team at Broxburn Motorzone and most especially Lee their salesman, I wish I had gone there earlier!! If Icould have given 10 stars I would of!! Well done Broxburn Motorzone, and I wish you all the success you deserve in the future. I would have no problem in recommending this dealership to my friends and family.
Purchased Vauxhall Corsa which was good value for money. Good customer service too, they stayed back late for me to collect my car. I would definitely recommend Broxburn Motorzone to family & friends.
Purchased My Audi A3 in march, Car was delivered to me as described, Derick and the team have been very good with the after service. Keeping an eye on the website for a car for my daughter and would recommend them.
Just recently purchased a car from Broxburn Motorzone and 3 weeks later it needs a new clutch. Called me today and they're not interested and telling me warranty doesn't cover it? Also engine management light came on day after we bought the car. Going to citizen advice tomorrow to see what we can do and where we stand. Can't afford to get it fixed and I believe they should be paying. Do not buy your car from here.

Sorry to hear that your one of the few customers that have had a problem with the car we sold you. We have personally now contacted you regarding this problem. Clutches and exhausts specially are not covered under any warranty as these are wear and tear items. However as a goodwill gesture we have in fact agreed that if you supply the parts we will cover the labour costs free of charge. I believe you have now agreed and supplied us with a new clutch who his being fitted free of charge. Broxburn Motorzone
Wouldn't recommend this car dealership bought a 3 door Vauxhall Astra for 3000 cash, 1 week into having this car the oil light went on, squeezing from my back wheel and timing chain needed to be changed, at first they weren't going to change the chain as it was something that wasn't covered under the 1 month warranty that I had, I threatened to contact trading standards of they didn't fix it, they had the car 3 days before the warranty was to run out, now having another problem, timing chain hasn't been installed correctly and keeps cutting out so back in the garage to get this fixed. Avoid this garage as wouldn't recommend them. Derek that works here.. His attitude is shocking.

Sorry to hear that your one of the few customers that have had a problem with the car we sold you. We never once said the timing chain wasn't covered under the warranty. This car has now been in the garage and had a brand new timing chain fitted free of charge and we also threw in a free service as a goodwill gesture to compensate the customer for any inconvenience.
