From the beginning: Lost my car key whilst replacing a wheel bearing. Replaced with just a car fob, no blade to the new key. Somewhere out there is a key to my car? They need to fully change my locks, also if the battery goes in the fob i cant get in to my car! Paid £765 on 18/01/2024 to have a new clutch. On 22/01/2024 took it back for service and MOT. Paid in cash as was told on 18/01/2024 would be cheaper for me. 20/02/2024 gear box had gone, garage charged me £50 to recover it to his garage. Claims my gearbox had just gone and started sending me links to parts. Decided I didnt trust them anymore, took it to a new person to look at. A bolt from the motor starter had been found in my gear box from when they fitted the clutch. This has caused a hole in my gearbox. New mechanic also found they had not serviced my car. Brother in law called to advise what had been found and Azim lied and said I never paid for a service. I have the receipt to confirm I did indeed pay for a full service. A copy of this has been emailed to the garage and no one has responded. New mechanic has also advised he would not have passed my car through the MOT and advised for me to have the MOT checked. Taking the matter to the motoring ombudsmen, raised a chargeback to recover some of my money via the bank, DVSAN to check the MOT and will take the matter to small claims court if the matters not something the ombudsmen can help with. Letter sent of complaint to the garage with no acknowledgement or resolution from them. DO NOT USE!!
Had a full service and MOT, able to fit you in fast for repairs or whatever requirements. A friendly and accommodating service is offered at great prices. Returned quickly week later due to some tugging and they rectified the prob
Absolutely disgusted with this Garage ! I bought the car in February as it had a big sticker on the windscreen saying it had " air conditioning" ! I struggle with the hot weather so in June on our first hot day I switched it on and it would not work. So I took it to kwik fit and had it re gassed. It worked for 5 mins and all the gas escaped from a leaking radiator. I went back and he told me to take it to a garage of his choice to get a quote to fix. £300 ! So I went back and told his business partner and he said .... We're NOT paying that out !!!!!! So I suggested going halves ???? Nope he won't agree to that !!!!! Then here comes the best bit ! I dint know what your moaning about summer is crap in this country ! Why don't you drive round with the windows open ? I then had to leave........ Otherwise he would have gone through the showroom window Head First ! Nearly 2 years now and I'm still pissed off ! I hate the car but am stuck with it

They are the worst people I’ve ever bought a car through, hiding behind RAC 3 month warranty that’s capped at £500. Customer service zero. Honesty zero. They have sent a car back repaired which has been condemned by RAC as unsafe. Taking them to court. When owner asked if he would be happy with repairs to let his daughter drive the car he said “ No, ring RAC . Total waste of time. See you in court Mohammed.
