We bought my daughter a Fiesta from Buckingham Ford and the transaction went incredibly smoothly. What really stood out though was the after-sales care - we had an issue (unrelated to Buckingham Ford) and Ian & the team went out of their way to help us. Incredible service which is rare to find in todays world. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
I emailed, text, and phoned James re a car I had test driven and wanted to buy however I got no response from him, this was on 11th and 12th December. No courtesy communication to inform me that the car had been sold. He actually responded with ‘I’ve got a plan’ and I didn’t hear anything further from him. I have now bought a black Puma and will not enquire of Buckingham Ford again. I have not even received an apology from this so called friendly local family business.

As always ( I have used Buckingham Ford exclusively for 12 years plus) friendly, professional and informative staff. Every thing went to plan, including pick up and return of aged car (208,000 miles). A few points worth however noting. The last MOT (10/03/19) noted "an advisory" in that all 4 rear subframe bushes were separating. This was not picked up at this service - 11 Dec 19. Should it have been ? One tyre was noted as being under inflated, three slightly over inflated. On return of the car this was checked and found to be correct ,but why could not the technician ( a small task) set the right pressures. Surely part of a service to correct minor faults. The service paper work dated 11/12/19 ( visual Health Check) noted the air con was visually OK.(green box) However the air con has not worked for 10 years. Again should this have been spotted ? Lastly the Visual Health Check paperwork was not signed off by the technician. Minor points I know but I hope helpful in raising. Regards John Langstaff-Ellis.
I came and got my Nissan Micra Serviced as well as had an MOT at the same time. One of their drivers came and picked my car up from my house and then returned it the same day which saved me a lot of time and hassle! My car came back sparkling clean with a full review of what work they carried out and why they did it. Very Happy with the whole experience, Thank you Buckingham Ford.

I purchased a focus from Buckingham Ford some years ago had no problems until now. The dashboard failed, not there fault but when I found out spare key given with car was incorrect I phoned only to be told well you didn't service your car here, we don't care. Also just had to replace battery not their fault but radio code given does not work so if you buy a car from here check small details otherwise like me it could cost a lot more if you don't use them regularly they don't care.
