THEY DONT WANNA DEAL WITH PROBLEMS. I'd really think hard about getting a bike here ITS all in the name budget Plus u might not make it 6 months THANKS FOR MY FIRST BIKE

I got a bike about 2-3 years ago it was a Honda s-wing125 it cost nearly 2k when it arrived the mirror fell off and the body work looked like it had been bashed in obviously been in a big accident, now i had it a day and ran it about 5miles and it just kept cutting out so i send it back to be told it needed a part so yeah they do it and three weeks or so iget it back then use it and i do maybe a few miles and the engine died on me so i ring and ring and they tell me to send it to my local macanic which i do and he's an extremely trusting man taylorbrothers motorcycles in Horton excellent service thair I've always used them so trusted them anyway my local said its the engine, its completely ruined its as if someone's revd it like hell but with it being an automatic scooter that's impossible so its just a shit engine but he checked more into it and noticed more and more wrong with it and told me its going to cost about 600 to get a new engine for it,so my local calls budget bikes and they say that he's basically lying and sId send it back so i did and low and behold it needed a new engin but had to wait about two months fir it back, anyway ling story short the eccelaratikn stuck and i ended up crashing it and it was a right off and when i go ti claim the money for it the insurance co dis a check and told me it was already down as being a right off about a year or so erlyer so basically they buy right offs at auction or were ever do as little work as possible to it for as cheep as possible and sell it on for as much proffit as possible. My mum paid for that bike fir me before she died and now that and the money is gone, i losses hundreds of pounds in losed work and overtime and bus fairs taxies ect but not a penny in return as compensation, they said they would give me some back as the bike was obviously not worth the price i paid 1850 i got 1100 from my insurance payout, i even had a specialist look at it and price it up and he said its lucky ti bring maybe 900 as scrap if you break it up and sell the parts the biggest part and payout would be on the engine but its not a very good or looked after one maybe 400-500 for that rest scra, i was promised call back after call back and promised compensation from them but nothing. So don't trust Budget Bikes in Swindon.

I traded in my Kawasaki cruiser for a Honda CBF600SA last week and had great service from the 2 staff I dealt with, Denholm the salesman, who dealt with all the paperwork even taxing my new bike for me, and Terry the owner, who had a friendly chat and even made me a cup of coffee while I waited for the bike to be valeted. Thanks Budget Bikes, you are a pleasure to do business with!

Had a few questions about an advertised Honda CB500, Adam addressed them all and took the bike out himself to give me his experience. I Test drove it in Swindon and after buying it BB delivered it perfectly. All I can say is that Adam could not have been more helpful and it was a real pleasure to do business with Budget Bikes. great experience

Okay so I bought the bike from Budget Bikes without seeing it, that's on me. The service on the phone was awful, I spoke with three staff members at three different times about the same bike and each time I got different information and pricing. As I could not travel to see the bike I had combed through the photos and had enquired to the over all condition of the bike... I was told it was in great condition. Obviously clever with a camera as when it arrived it was covered in scratches and even has a worn mark on the tank that was not advertised or clearly displayed. Firstly I was not informed that the steering lock had been broken.... Body work is in worse condition that shown and stated over the phone. I was told that the Bike would come with a years MOT. The paper work I received shows less than 9 months MOT. I was told by the delivery man that its just had a service and MOT..... well its full of dirty oil and the fuel tank isn't even secure. The Bike I was sold I feel was falsely advertised and the staff seemed to be undertrained and had poor knowledge to some pretty basic questions

Sold me the worst bike I owned. It did not work even half year. Took them to court, but they feel I don't a loophole to get away. Eventually, I sold bike as parts after less than two years of ownership. Definitely won't recommend to anyone
