Bought a car from Bulford Garage. In two days glovebox fell off and they refused to replace it. Purchased a guarantee cost £140 not worth paper it was printed on. was a condition of purchase so no alternative. Clutch judder and refused to fix it. Radio aerial damaged ,replaced it myself no offer made by them to fix or replace it. Was met with some aggression by salesman over the situation. Alltogether,appalling situation.

Mr H You and your family have bought several cars from ourselves in the past, you took your car yourself to vauxhall for diagnosis to which they also couldn't fault your vehicle either. The warranty you purchased paid a claim that exceeded the amount cost, so i cant see how this didn't benefit yourself in the long run. With regards to aggression from myself (the salesman) this is absolutely ridiculous thing to accuse me off, i had a conversion explaining what can and cant be done to try to resolve the situation. I am sorry you feel the way you do but to make things up about myself and more importantly our Garage i am glad you have written you wouldn't look to use our garage in the future as you would not be welcome. I needed to return for a minor fault . But now everything is working well . The car behaves well and is nice to drive . Bulford Garage are genuine and want to please .

I bought a Vauxhall from Bulford Garage back in April. The service was pretty good and the car was good value for money. The only problem is that there was an issue with the motor and the dealership said I would have to bring the bar back myself in my own time which was very inconvenient but when I got the car to them they fixed the problem straight away. So pretty good service and would recommend them.
