I have had the pleasure of recently using Bullivant's Garage to service and MOT my 2012, Kia Picanto. Having been burned by independent garages in the past, I was apprehensive to use a none Kia dealership, for servicing my motor. I shouldn't have worried at all! the Bullivants Team were fantastic. The front of house service desk staff, are so friendly and my car was serviced in half a day. The price was also, a breath of fresh air. My local Kia dealership (who are great, but very busy), quoted me £180 for a 9 year service. They couldn't fit me in for an MOT quickly so went to Bullivants and enquired how much a service would cost. THEY QUOTED ME LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE 😃 Thank you to the Bullivants Team for the great seevice and keeping my little motor in tip top running order 👌

Had some bodywork done on my Rav4 - after reversing and scratching it very badly in a very tight country lane. It is now back to looking like brand new again. You would never know it had happened. Bullivants even valeting the inside and washed, polished the outside. Looked amazing when I picked it up. They also managed to sort out my electric key at the same time after I had ran over it! Will be taking my car there from now on for everything it needs. Totally trust them - fabulous customer service.

Took my Honda FRV in because the clutch was playing up and they sorted it out with no worries. Friendly, efficient, and welcoming team. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even gave it a wash for me, as it was truly filthy. Will be taking it in for its MOT, services and anything else that it may need. Brilliant, professional, proper customer service. We recently purchased a V/W Golf which my partner preferred after originally asking to view an Audi. We found the service we received to be exceptional and Adam the sales manager most patient while we tested the golf which drove beautifully. On collection after some delay it was ensured that everything was working correctly before I happily drove home to Manchester. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They have arranged for my car to be picked up and dropped off in the past as well as arranged a courtesy car when needed. They have helped me fix things in an emergency and are always upfront with what's needed and costs. I only ever take my car to Bullivants even though it is a fair drive away I would not trust any other dealership.
