Been a customer at Bullivant's for a fair few years but since its new owner ship i feel this place has made some real improvements! Customer service and their ability to solve any issues with my car had been nothing short of excellent! Great service and would recommend to anyone!
Took my car there for repair after another garage told me it needed all new suspension on the rear, luke at Bullivants was recommended to me and I went. Found out that all I needed was one shock not the entire set up on the back ..... VERY HAPPY
I took my car in for a service and MOT, I was very well looked after and the service I reviewed from Luke and the team were absolutely amazing, I would definitely recommend and will be using them to maintain the rest of my vehicles.

Used to use Bullivants alot back in the day and they were great. Sadly this is no longer the case. As another reviewer has said, the owner Andrew forgets everything and will just make things up to try and look like he has remembered. For example you could phone up and say "Hi I am Mr Jones you have my Clio" and he won't know who you are so he'll say something random like "Yes we are putting the parts back on to it now it'll be ready soon" What parts? It's in for an MOT. Just constantly fobbed off and you never get a call back when you need one. Go elsewhere I say.

You are quite right, Andrew was tired and the place was very run down, a far shot away from the previous days what we all remember. My name is Luke, I am Andrew's son, I have taken over from him and working to breathe new life in the place. If you would give us a second chance, we would very much appreciate it.
Unusual for me to bother writing a bad review for a poor experience, I would, as a rule, just not go back. However, in this instance I feel the need to report just so this business understands the consequence of being ignorant to customer service. Spent a couple of hours at this garage - local to me - Sat 29/2. Owner chatty & pleasant. I waited whilst he completed a couple of tasks. Had a test drive & then showed me a vehicle under prep in which I expressed an interest. P/ex apparently no problem but would be Monday before the garage could talk price. No problem. Monday came and went, no call. I rang on the Thursday, spoke to the same guy, Andrew Bullivant (owner). He had forgotten, but readily apologised and said he would get his guy to call me ASAP. Happy with that. No call since! If you are not interested in the p/ex, have sold the vehicle etc, at least have the courtesy to let the prospect know. Talk is cheap. On site experience was fine, but no end product! Chit chat only. Not impressed, sorry.

We have a new sales team in place, and are far from the finished product but are working hard to improve every day. I understand that after all this time you have probably got a car sorted, but we would love to look after your new car for you. If you would give us a second chance we would very much appreciate it.
I took my car to Bullivants for an MOT,it failed on welding and the handbrake and two rear brake pipes.I was promised that it would be ready in five days and cost £400,nearly four weeks later and with a bill for £768 i was told it was ready.Upon collecting the car the brakes needed pumping to get any sort of a pedal,the hand brake was non existent yet it had ALLEGEDLY passed an MOT that day,I would NOT recommend this garage for ANY sort of repair as they do not treat the vehicles with respect ,it should not matter that the vehicle is 20 yrs old or 2 yrs old it should be treated correctly..A very "could not care less" attitude towards any questions asked when the car would be ready,and left out in the rain with no protection over a broken rear window which the garage had damaged.

My name is Luke and I have had to take on the family business which was somewhat mis managed and in disarray. We have a completely new team here, and if you did give us the chance to prove that, I'm confident that we could restore your faith in us.
