Unfortunately I fell victim to this sham of a company. They seemed genuine at first happy to help, happy to take your money, even supply a 3 month warranty, But if anything does go wrong in those 3 months, well, its like they are magicians and just vanish into thin air, they don't return calls, they don't return emails and if you pay them a visit they become abusive, so you end up with a heap of rubbish that ultimately costs you more to fix than its worth. I know its my own fault, I should have researched more. But it is a lesson learnt for me, so if I can now stop anyone else making the same mistakes I did, please DO AVOID THESE TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE COWBOYS WHO JUST WANT THE MONEY, they don't even file their taxes either you can check it all out on companies house, I did try to sue, but guess what they ignore everything and don't turn up or make any attempt to rectify their misdoings. So you don't get anywhere, just STAY AWAY PLEASE DON'T FALL PRAY TO THESE...................................................................................CON MEN.

bought a car from these muppets last october still no log book and nothing but problems with the heap i bought horrible dirty con men avoid at all costs they will rip you off and promise you the world untill they get your money so angry

Placed a “100% refundable deposit” down on a car before going to view, big mistake. Didn’t end up buying the car and completely refused to refund my deposit and came up with any excuses not to. STAY WELL CLEAR. very rude and ignorant staff.

WARNING-BEWARE. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I bought a Skoda fabia diesel estate from Burnage Motors and after 6 days the engine management light came on. I took it to my local garage who hooked the car up to a professional diagnostic tester. It showed 4 faults and they said take it back and get your money refunded. It’s about £1000 repair. Jaz at burnage motors said no problem pal we’ll sort. They leant me an un roadworthy Vauxhall. To cut a long story short they had the car in their yard for 3 months and made all kinds of excuses to me why it’s not been done. They tried taking insurance warranty out after the breakdown and the warranty company after speaking with me realised they were scaming them and cancelled the claim. They lied, hid from me wouldn’t answer my calls or emails. I ended up taking the cat off them with a£400 contribution to the repair that actually cost £1300. They still have not sent the V5 document. Watch our for this lot. Jim, jez and Sam. They are not to be trusted. I reported them to trading standards Shocking garage

Their adverts are disingenuous and they sell cars that aren't roadworthy for top money. I went to go and view a BMW 330Cd that was described as "excellent condition throughout" with "full history", neither of which was true. The car had significant body damage (hidden in photos), which he said he owned a body shop and could fill and spray it no problem (no intention of doing it, however). He then admitted the battery needed replacing, but he hadn't bothered. I then took it on a test drive and it was obvious the turbo had gone due to the huge turbo whine and clouds of oil smoke puthering behind the car. He then argued that it was only the PCV (still not fixed it??). In regards to the history, he said it doesn't have much because it's "only an old car", despite the advert saying the opposite. Complete waste of my time and it's no surprise he still has the car for sale 3 months later. Terrible dealership, stay well clear.

Can't believe this is a car dealership! They don't even want you to look at the cars! Wouldn't get the keys so I could have a look inside and at the boot space! Don't know how they make money. I'd advise "avoid avoid avoid"

Was looking for an estate and stumbled over a lovely looking bmw on auto trader. Looked at the garage and it was burnage motors. Luckily it was only a 2 hour drive for me. I contacted Jim on the Tuesday evening asking if we could view it on the Wednesday. This was no problem. Arrived at the garage and was greeted Jez. He quickly got the keys for us to have a look around and took us for a test drive. When we arrived back we met Jim. We spoke about the bmw and negotiated a price for our car as a part ex. He gave us a very good price for it. We decided to buy the car and left a deposit. We arranged to sort our own finance out and decided to pick it up on the following Wednesday. Long story short by Tuesday our finance company let us down. Phoned Jim and he sorted it all out getting us a cheaper finance package. Picked the car up on the Thursday. Car was clean when we arrived. Sorted all the paper work (both of the lads made sure we understood everything) after a long week of waiting for the car we got to drive it away with a full 12months mot and a fresh service. My god I love the car. 100% recommend the guys down at burnage motors P.s don't listen to the negative feedback on this because its simply isn't true

IF YOU WANT TO GET ABUSED.....SOLD A DEATH TRAP AND LOSE MONEY...GO TO BURNAGE MOTORS!!! Oh Burnage Motors...I dont know how you are still open and trading. Maybe because you keep selling everyone faulty cars! Nearly died on the motorway as my car stopped day after I brought it. One of the brother owners actually SPAT at my wife. WE HAVE VIDEO PROOF!! Stay away from these fools......
