I had arranged to purchase a Citroen c5 reg PO64 WFF on sun 3rd march3 2019. Had an email on sat 2nd march 2019 stating car has a serious suspension fault,if so then why is it for sale ? .I then checked on the Sunday and car had been sold from under my feet. What is it with these sharks of garages in the way they operate .all the listings removed and online chat confirmed car was sold.road tax checker also confirms same !. To the garage ! Do you think people are stupid !EVERY ONE READ THE REVIEWS ABOUT BURNAGE MOTORS. AVOID AVOID AVOID !

Left a £200 deposit which jim at Burnage Motors told us was refundable. When we tried to get the money back was told it was conditional. We eventually got our money back but an experience to be missed.

Left a deposit on a car only to be called to say they are selling it to a member of staff, vehicle no longer available and they will reimburse my deposit! If you’re looking for a car I’d go to a dealer who are honest and do not go back on what they say

We visited this site as we were looking for a vehicle for our teenage son, BIG MISTAKE!, we were approached by a gentleman after literally 2 minutes of browsing, he asked if we were ok and were we looking for anything in particular, we replied that we were" just browsing thanks", he then proceeded to inform us that we would need to make an appointment to "browse" as we are short staffed!, my wife replied to him " we have to make an appointment to look around? it doesn't say that anywhere" to which he replied "yes", another family were busy looking round the lot and he didn't hassle them in any way. We made our way to the gate and decided to take a photo of the sign to remember it by, he followed us out to the gate and aggressively asked what the photo was for...sarcastically we said "so we have the phone number to make an appointment next time". The whole experience was shocking and I certainly wouldn't return or indeed recommend them to anyone.

First time buyer from Burmage motors. Bought a volvo v60 well happy with it, had no hassle ,found staff to be very helpful reliable and friendly great bunch off lads, will recommend to family and friend's.

Well happy with my purchase, I found my experience at burnage motors was great and found the guys bend over backwards to look after you and with no pressure at all, would highly recommend and even tho I had to drive for 5 hours I would say I would definitely do the journey again as I know what service I will receive when I go there next. Brilliant!!
