I bought an Audi from here back in Septerber and I am more than happy with it. I have had no issues with the car at all, Its running like a dream and it was a very good price. The dealers were really helpful and friendly and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I bought a car from them after finding myself in a difficult situation. I was told that the car was good to go, however after a test drive there was a few things that need doing which I was fully aware of. Some of them were so simple I don't know how they didn't get checked by the garage, like the pollen filter was full and blocked! Apparently it had been serviced before I bought it... When I called and eventually spoke to them (terrible to hold of anyone), I was told that the car was HPI clear and while had miles had full service history. Now this is the mistake I made. I also used to text service to tell me if the car was a write-off or had outstanding finance on it. I should've asked for the HPI check was in writing. The fella I dealt with, I'm unable to remember his name, said that he believed in Karma and didn't want to do me over for the vehicle. (He pushed this point which is pushing me on to write this review) What he failed to tell me, and in fairness I didn't ask, was that the car was a taxi in a past life. Had I known that I would have walked away. Ok, I didn't ask but an HPI check would have shown this fact as taxis are MOTed every 6 months. Now I accept that I made mistakes by not asking the right questions however the whole reason why I am writing this review is that the salesperson said he believed in Karma and didn't want anything bad to happen to me. Had he been honest and didn't want to do me over he would have said that the car was once a taxi. So if you want to dishonest, very difficult to get hold of, poor customer service, and long drawn out process of buying a car with them (took ages to eventually buy the car) this is the place to go. Congratulations Burnage Motors you have officially turned me away from supporting small motor sales for the rest of my life.
I purchased a Ford Kuga from this dealership back in April. The service was pretty average and very slow but the car is really good and is really good value for money. I have had no issues with the car its spot on so based on that I would recommend them but they need to improve their customer service.

BEWARE they steal your deposit they sa leave £100 deposit if when you view the car you dont for any reason like it they will refund only they dont i viewed the car didnt want to buy asked for my £100 back point blank refused very intimidating and unproffessional people
