I have brought a Mini Cooper S from Burnham Motor Village, after the second week the car had a serious malfunction. I have telephoned the company and written to them within the 30 days of purchase and found no satisfactory answer. I have subsequently written to them asking for exchange repair or refund, they have not responded. I visited the company on the 7th October 2018, they claimed not to received the three recorded delivery letters. They would not provide an e-mail address, asked me to post the issues via WhatsApp, despite having written to them. Explained my rights under the customer rights act, in which they responded by saying take us to court. I have now written a third recorded delivery letter in which I refer you to the Practice Direction on pre-action conduct under the Civil Procedure Rules, and in particular to paragraph 4 which sets out the sanctions the court may impose if you fail to comply with the Practice Direction. This has been an unpleasant after sales service, and I would caution all would be buyers to tread carefully with this company!

I have heard that his shower of dodgy dealers have moved to somewhere in Maidenhead area now so keep an eye out....
Burnham Motor Village sold us a car that we have had nothing but problems with, they failed to mention it is CAT D too!!!!!!
I am currently embroiled in a dispute with Burnham Motor Village after having been sold a not fit for purpose. They are flatly refusing to engage in any dialogue and have left me with no other choice but to approach the courts. I have every reason to believe that there are far more shady deals taking place under the dealership umbrella. Be warned!!!
NOW CALLED 'ALL CARZ' Until they get taken to court again which is when maybe the name will change. Do NOT buy from this garage. All cars are undeclared crash repairs, some not even repaired. Death traps. Multiple cars on the premises where checked over for safety and general condition. All cars are ready to be scrapped. Even the 'nice' looking expensive cars in the show room are crash repairs and when we last visited to try and get our money back they were REWINDING THE MILEAGE ON THE SHOWROOM CARS! This company are despicable I just hope you are not reading this AFTER you bought the car like we did....

Omg . Is this address 77/79 burnham road. Because iv been stung, 335i e93 got it home and found its been in 2 CRASH'S. warranty not valid and won't answer phone calls or letters. What to do?
I wish i can give zero rating......after they give me two broken cars they don't want to give me money back....it's sad for people who work for 1000£ monthly just to spend for a car with issue...
I was thinking about buying a car from Burnham Motor Village as I spotted a nice looking BMW in their showroom. Started asking questions and they got just abusive. Then the swearing! Pretty sure that I smelt Cannabis too....just couldn't believe their attitude! Cars parked everywhere, like they were abandoned. Seems like they are also trade as UAE cars so be VERY careful!

The staff at Burnham Motor Village were all are so rude and use inappropriate language, don't know how to deal with customers. My advice never buy from them. They promised to clean and fix the car which I bought but once I payed they stopped answering my calls and later started swearing at me.

Burnham Motor Village gave me the worst customer service. They lied about the car and promised to get it fixed, later whenever I called they started swearing at me. Don't ever buy from them.

I had about the worst possible experience with Burnham Motor Village. To anyone considering dealing with them, I would recommend using extreme caution. The car I bought turned out to be unroadworthy, and cost the best part of £1000 to make it safe to drive. They also sold me a warranty that they never registered, so that was another £200 down the drain. Worst of all, shortly after buying the car they decided that they'd undercharged me and used their chip-and-pin machine to take an additional £1000 from my account! They were completely unwilling to resolve the matter and did not respond to any of my letters, so I had no choice but to take the matter to the courts. I was eventually able to get all the money back, but they used every trick in the book to stall the payment of the money they owed. My advice would be to avoid them, but if they really do have the car of your dreams at a price that's right: 1. Get an AA/RAC inspection on it before you buy it. 2. Don't allow them access to any information about your bank accounts. 3. Keep all of the receipts in a safe place, you'll probably need them.

Hello I am now in the process of taking them to court and would really appreciate to understand how you did it, they wont give me their ltd company address or details, I have put down Alrawnaq Ltd as that is on the UAE website, can you let me know what company you put down and did you have your day in court or did they pay up before hand? Thanks

Can u help me with some advices?....they give me 2 cars with issue.i called the Citizen Advice they told me I must send then some letters before I go in Court. ty
Unbelievably rude staff! Made the mistake of buying a car which had some issues. Rang them up and the guy says 'you are not making any sense at all' and 'we gave you warranty so contact the warranty company' despite me trying to explain the problem wasnt covered in the warranty cover. Then go into the showroom to find out the Manager isnt there and when i dared ask when he would be back, was told 'well you didnt make an appointment so its your fault for barging in like this. Go sit over there and wait till he comes.' What a disgraceful way to treat your customers. Utterly pathetic!
