I live in suffolk and used auto trader to find my new car. I found a Nissan Quashqai at the Burnley motor group as they advertised delivery. I spoke to Adam and he gave me a description of the car (as there were no photos) he explained that the car was in good condition for the year and had a few marks down the driver side (age related marks). I had already read their excellent reviews so decided to go for it and asked them to deliver it. On arrival the car had been scraped all down the drivers side and was in a mess. I phoned Adam immediately and said I wasn’t happy with the car. I then noticed they had another Quashqai and I said I would drive down with the damaged car and with another £1000 cash and take the other car. Drove to Burnley at my own expense, done the deal with a friend of Adam as he was not available, and started the long journey home. 1 hour into the trip home the engine management system light came on. I phoned Adam and he asked if I had breakdown cover (I did ). I managed to get the car home on limp mode. Following further phone calls with Adam I took said car to my local mechanic and they did a diagnostic search and it came back as 2 faulty fuel injectors with a price of £800 pounds to fix. Adam refused to pay for it and said he would send 2 second hand injectors to me so my garage would fit them. I refused this as I didn’t want second hand parts on my new car so we came to the conclusion that I would get a refund and he would pick up the car. Adam arraigned for the car to be picked up on Saturday 20/5/23 I waited in all day and nothing! I tried calling and txting all day on Sunday and nothing. It took a week for Adam to get back to me and I had to get a mate to phone Adam on his phone as he was not answering to my calls. Adam picked up my mates phone call after 2 rings, when I spoke to him all I got from Adam was a load of lies. Adam then arranged for it to be picked up on another 2 occasions and nobody turned up and again nothing but bullshit coming from Adam. On Friday 23/6/23 Adam told me he went to the bank to pay my refund into my account. I waited till Saturday morning and surprise surprise, nothing transferred, so I call Adam and he tells me that they told him that It would clear on Monday 26/6/23. Well here we are Monday 26th and no money in my account so this just confirms he was lying all along. Please do not go anywhere near these crooks as Adam only phoned me twice and I have had to do all the chasing. I paid Adam £4100 on the 27/4/23 and I’m sitting here this morning 3 months on and still no refund and a car that does not drive. Do not believe the reviews as I believe they are fake!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY.

Hi Michael. What happened with this please? Pretty much the same thing has happened with me and they are refusing a refund. Looking like I'm going to end up at small claims court, please could you contact me to help prove they've done this before
