My husband and I recently bought a car here, first time in almost 10 years buying a car and to say I was amazed by the service and people is an understatement. Evie dealt with us through the whole process and I can't express just how brilliant she was with everything, very knowledgeable and patient. And so friendly, it made a huge difference. The showroom is so clean and the atmosphere so welcoming. The service is very personal and Evie absolutley went the extra mile for us, even including a cute Toyota Teddy for our daughter. I can completely understand why customers return here and I would a million percent recommend them. Even though we didn't deal with the manager, Jack, on buying our car on our first visit he made sure to come and speak to us, and recognised us when we went to collect it. Such a lovely touch as you can really see they appreciate their customers. Thank you also to Daniel who set up all the technology to my phone and showed us how things worked in the car. The whole process from start to finish was so easy and smooth, being able to do a 'reveal' of our new car was the cherry on top. Absolutely would not hesitate buying a car from there again, despite it not being local to us. Very happy with our car and the service. Now to talk my husband into getting a new car from there as well so we can enjoy the experience again.

Worst customer service!!! I've given the. 1 star but they don't even deserve 1 star. I bought a used car from here in feb 2023. I trusted them and was happy that i am buying from toyota showroom from the salesperson Jamie Cogill and Manager. From April onwards i saw the colour on bumper started to fade. but i ignored it and thought it might not be that serious. In June it got more worse, hence i contacted them. They were helpful as they took the car and sorted out the issue by REPAINTING the bumper. I went to collect the car in the showroom as they requested me to collect it. I live very far from this place but i still went to collect it. I was happy as i thought my problem was resolved. But in july the colour on the bumper faded again. I was so surprised that toyota rotherham repainted with original paint but within a month it started fading again. Then i again called them in july. Salesperson Bob spoke with me. I sent him the photos. I asked him to ask his manager Jack to call me. But till 2 weeks no one called me. I kept calling them to get an update but every time it was said manager will call me. After two weeks Manager Jack called me and said he is aware of the issue and salesperson Jamie would call me back within 2-3 days and the issue will be resolved by him. I informed Jack that i am very busy and would not come to drop or collect the car. He assured me that i dont have to come and Jamie will sort everything. Now its sept but still i did not receive any call from Jamie. I am very busy in my business and hence could not contact earlier. I contacted them today and jamie told me that i have to come to drop the car and then they will be checking whether they can repair it or not. It is has made me furious. MY QUESTION IS if they would have done a proper check and repair in the first instance, why would i call so many times. Even after calling a no. Of times they seen least bothered. When they needed to sell the car they used to keep calling.

They get dates times mixed up for booking... they can't fix a wet sponge, useless service and time to change the staff!!!!
Burrows Toyota 5 years or 100,000 miles warranty is a joke, whenever you take the car for warranty repair work, either it is wear and tear or the certain part has 12 month warranty, then why u classing it as 5 years 100,000 miles warranty? Still waiting for a call back for over 2 days, but no signs of any call back. One staff says we don’t price match and other says we price match with other toyota dealerships. Vantage Toyota offered full service for £289.00 whereas, burrows asking for £342.00 for the same service. My friend referred me to toyota and I bought the car 18 months ago and he is still waiting for his £100.00 referral cheque, which never arrived and toyota saying they posted it twice, which I don’t believe. If you can not payout referrals than why you offering it. Unfortunately, after all my experiences with this dealership including the doncaster branch i am not returning back to burrows anymore for any sort of repairs.

Badly managed Service reception team. No respect, No politeness with please, sorry,... but when you buy a car with all those cunning business smiles. What ever they say we have to accept. They are only right though you pay such a huge amount and buy a car. Don't expect respect at all. They'll make you upset and gang up on you and treat you like a terrorist. They don't want to listen or understand customer is the one who pays their wages. Experienced very bad experience. Wont recommend them any more.

Was given a replacement service book without any notification in advance, vehicle was advised to have a full service history but was missing a service. Service book was not handed over at sale, had to chase repeatedly.
