I recently purchased a car from Bury Motors, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Billy and the team was knowledgeable and helpful, and they worked with me to find the perfect vehicle for my needs and budget. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I never felt pressured or rushed. The after-sales service has also been excellent. I highly recommend Bury Motors to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience.
Took my Nissan Juke for its service and MOT. Only had the car a year. It failed and with major work needed. The team could see I was visibly upset and stepped in. In short the car was un-drivable. The service team also explained everything that had gone wrong, provided costs and helped me make some sensible decision. I explained my concerns, needs and wishes and James, not only my stepped up but worked so hard to find me a new car. The management team and James worked hard to ensure I found a car that was big enough for me needs ( I’m a wheelchair user) but that was economical and trustworthy. I cannot thank the team enough for everything they have done for me over the last few days. Today I drove my new car and I am so so happy. It is everything I want and need. Great service from all. Well done

I bought my first car here recently and I cannot fault the staff. My sales rep Ryan was amazing. He advised me throughout the process and ensured he understood exactly what it was I was looking for. He kept me up to date, explained things I didn't understand and made sure I was getting the best for my money. I am very impressed with the service. The car itself looks brand new and is perfect for me! I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family!

I duly booked in my car following receiving the Urgent Safety Recall letter issued by Renault UK pertaining to the Kadjar rear door locks. On collecting my car I was told car needed a service? The service due light was on when I got in my car. When I took my car to the Renault Bury garage the service light definitely was not on. Why would it be - as I explained I had my car serviced on 05/07/2011 and had only covered approx 4000 miles since then. On collecting my car the chap on reception told me car was due a service - I explained the above that my car had only been serviced in July so could not be due a service especially as I had only covered 4000 miles since. I had only taken my car in for the Urgent Safety Recall. Lo and behold when I got in my car the service light was on. I rang the garage and they were not interested. I escalated to Renault UK but been advised they could not help. To be told it will cost me £114 to be reset by Renault is totally unacceptable. I will not be paying Renault for this. Due to this experience Renault as a brand will never get any money from me ever again.
Definitely zero stars. We bought a car from these people in mid December and on Christmas Eve having had the car for 8 days it broke down with a faulty battery. We wanted to return the car based on the full quibble free refund as agreed on terms of sale but we were persuaded to keep it by them because they promised to refund the cost of the Bosch EFB 100 battery recommended by Ford and the AA (approx £230). We paid for the battery at the time to get it back on the road for Christmas but still have not received the payment from Bury Motors, nearly 3 months later. We spoke to Sales manager Sean in mid January who tried to get out of paying and since then we have been told by Rasheed the salesman that payment is due soon and he 'cannot understand delay' whenever we try to chase it up. Deal with this garage at your peril if the car you have purchased goes wrong!!
Recently bought a car from Bury Motors Renault, When I test drove the car I heard a noise which didn't sound right and pointed it out to the salesman who said it was just something in the boot and said their cars get checked over before being put for sale. Upon picking this car up after purchase and driving it home this noise got louder so I contacted the dealership and eventually, after the service team suggesting I take it to the manufacturer directly, managed to get my car back into the garage the next day and given a courtesy car. Turns out a drop link needed changing which would have meant it would fail an MOT if the car needed one and therefore not safe to be on the road. Once it had been fixed and I drove it back home I emailed the salesman about potential compensation due to wasting my time as I needed to drive to and from the dealership several more times than I should have done and was allowed to drive the car away with a fault on it even though I told the salesman there was a noise which shouldn't be there and even though they had apparently checked over the car. I would not recommend going to this dealership if you don't know anything about cars as it appears the salesmen don't know much either so they wouldn't beable to answer your questions or will try to pass a knocking noise from the suspension off as being something in the boot! EDIT: I returned this car (BT68 AGO) as the screen kept going off. If anybody buying that car actually reads this make sure the screen is working properly before buying the car. Ensure it hasn't just been reset like mine was where there is a chance of it just going off again.

Get a life ..... things go wrong... I have only good dealings with Bury Motors A1 😉
Where to start, bought a Nissan qashqai 64 plate from Bury Motors the day of collection the car wouldn't lock, the Bluetooth wouldn't connect and stop start fault. Returned the car for a full refund. Only the dodgy sales lad didn't give a full refund but put £1000 negative equity over the replacement car. A Renault megane 67 plate with 6000 miles on the clock. The megane also had problems undisclosed to ourselves. Had a new bumper, engine oil leak, a new water pump, they claimed to be doing a recal on the car and upon returning back to us the same week we collected it they had snapped the gear linkage so driving with my family In the car and no gears could be selected! They took the car back in.. and upon returning the car it had a very loud noise. I took it for a second opinion at a Renault dealer local to me and they showed me a video of the damage done to the air con unit! They in the meantime, sold us a second car with a engine management light on, and failed to fix that. Luckily they accepted the rejection on that one seat Ibiza BK10VBE but I am sure they will bodge that up and sell it on. The megane sold as a nearly new undamaged car with almost full warranty turns out to be a crash car and not covered under warranty. They refuse to take the car back due to this mis sold pcp.. and they fail to provide copies of any contracts or order forms. We found what we assumed was a packet of drugs in the drivers door of the managers company car we were lent. Confronted with all this they still say we owe them a grand even though due to payments already made the amount would actually be less than 700.. so they would in effect be making 300 plus further from us. It scares me to wonder how many more people have had to pay for damages caused by THEIR technicians.. steer well clear!!! And don't buy a black Renault megane estate sport 67 plate! From bury motors.. as with all their vehicles and staff they aren't what they say.

I cant even begin to explain my frustration with this set up. My van which is less than three years old had knocking noises from the rear. It took FOUR visits (after numerous "fixes") for them to then say it was the rear shockers which needed replacement (not under warranty, what a surprise. So I coughed up almost £300 for replacement of them both. Ok that's one issue solved, after a long long wait. Next issue, creaking noise from the side of the van. They said it needs new door rollers. This fixed the issue initially but its starting to come back. I suspect its the grease on there which is silencing the creak, not the new rollers. Big one: a separate mechanic diagnosed a fault with the gearbox. So after another two visits this was replaced (under warranty). I also asked them to regas the air con. WHEN I DROVE AWAY FROM THE GARAGE, the air con was NOT working. But I was too focussed on the tractor like noise coming from the engine bay (the van is definitely louder than it was when I dropped it off, but they say this is normal... What would I know? Its only my van.) So after a week of working 13 hour days, it being the anniversary of my dad going into a hospice, and honestly feeling a bit embarrassed that i was having to phone them AGAIN, I popped in on a Sunday and although service was closed, one of the three sales reps who didn't have his feet up on the desk having a snooze(yes, really) agreed that the air con wasn't working. So it went in again. Now they say that there are multiple leaks not only in the aircon compressor but the radiator costing a total of £1300! Wow, for my van to have sustained such damage in the space of a week and a half, having been driven barely 30 miles; is that unlucky? Or is it their incompetence and dishonesty. Id love to see a pressure test report for this supposed regas. Apparently it cant pick up a leak that empties within the space of a few hours... So im now £80 down for the aircon regas, which they are refusing to refund. I took pictures of the radiator and condenser the day before it went in again, and suddenly there are huge gaps in them... That's a LOT of damage for a week and a half of low miles. Ill be taking Bury Motors to court. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
The dealership customer service is very poor, and they are not helpful at all, I regret buying my car from them.
