I'd give my experience a 10! My Audi has been a great car.

Unfortunately, I'm not getting on with the hybrid movement as I don't feel like I'm getting the most out of the car. Ill give it some time and see how I get on. Otherwise, I'm very happy as everyone was super friendly and they did everything they said they would, so I'm happy.

Everything is good with my car—it's my daily driver for work and back, and it’s been running very nicely, which you would expect for a Mercedes. I'm happy I was offered a test drive, and the staff were polite and professional. I’m giving 4 stars only because it was a bit busy at the dealership on the day I visited, but otherwise, I can't complain. Overall, a positive experience.

I purchased a BMW 5 Series after driving for over 1,000 miles. I absolutely love the car—it's a brilliant drive. No doubt about it, they deserve top marks. I travelled an hour from Blackburn, and it was worth it. I keep looking at their website for a car for my other half.

I can't remember the salesman's name but I had no issues on the day and it was a very smooth transaction. Since driving away in July my Range Rover has been perfect. I'd be more than happy to point people in the direction of this dealership if they were in the market for a car.

I can't lie my BMW X5 has been the perfect car. There is a slight rattling noise from the front of the car but Ill get this looked at and go from there with it. Otherwise, I'm happy with it. The staff on the day were also very helpful.

Everything has been spot on, I lent the car to my mate, and he took it all the way to Cornwall without any complaints. From the price of the car to the quick turnaround, I was really impressed with the dealership. When I mentioned a concern about the brakes, they got them sorted out right away and even put a fresh MOT on the car. You can sometimes come away with a bit of a headache from dealerships, but this wasn't the case—it was completely pain-free. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone there or come back in the future.

My first Discovery has been really good so far. It's also my first automatic car, and I have to say, it's so smooth to drive that I wouldn't go back to manual. The handover was perfect, and I wouldn't change anything about my visit. We even mentioned to the team after the purchase that we appreciated not feeling pressured. They gave us plenty of space to chat among ourselves, and we never felt put on the spot. If we ever need another car, I'd definitely go back, even though it's an hour away. The service was worth the drive.
