Absolutely perfect experience! I needed an everyday car for driving up and down the country since I work away a lot. I made the purchase online, and the car arrived exactly as described. As far as online purchases go, it was pretty smooth. Originally, the car was scheduled to be delivered to my partner's house on Monday, but I asked if it could be delivered sooner. They went above and beyond to get it delivered on Sunday, which I was really grateful for. 5 stars for an outstanding service!

Everything on the day of purchase went smoothly and I felt very well looked after. Unfortunately, due to my work load at the moment I'm not able to drive my car that much but I'm very happy with it for the time I've driven it.

Not one complaint from me or my staff. The Ford Tourneo has already been on a couple of airport runs without any issues. A seamless experience all around.

Even though I've had a little issue with a front suspension spring, the team at BVG Automotive have been more than helpful to get it in a garage for repairs. I'm due to get it back today but other than that the car has been just dandy. I've had no issues with BVG.

So far so good for the time I've owned my new Jaguar. I've already been on a long trip down south in the car and it handled the drive perfectly, it was a nice smooth trip with no issues. Everything went just as well on the day of sale, Shah made sure everything was swift and easy. There isn't anything off the top of my head I think they could improve on as I've got no complaints.

I'm over the moon with my new Honda. I was after one for a while but I didn't want to jump into one but now I've got it, I love it. I've been on holiday to Turkey, so I have not driven the car much but I look forward to putting some miles on it. The sales team were fantastic, I felt very well informed and I was offered a test drive once I was happy with what I was seeing.

What a great motor my Ford Fiesta is, it’s been brilliant I’m driving it 200 miles a day, and I’ve already clocked three full tanks in the short time I've owned it. It’s doing exactly what I wanted it to do. The customer service was brilliant. The lads are sound, and I’d definitely come back here again. It’s one of the top two second-hand cars I’ve ever had. They made the whole process perfect—quick, easy. I couldn’t tax it initially because of the Irish plate, but they managed to sort it out for me. 100% I’ll be back. 5 stars!

I love my BMW 1 Series! Honestly, it's been a great little car. I did hear a slight noise when I got home but after taking it to Halfords for an inspection they gave it all clear, so I'm happy to still drive it around.

Raf was brilliant. I was given all of the space needed to look around the Citroen DS3 to make my decision and once I was happy with what I was seeing, I went ahead with it. All of the paperwork was fully explained before I signed anything leaving me with no hidden surprises - It's taken me a little while to get used to the clutch, but I've got it now.

Me and my wife got an Audi Q3 from BVG Automotive, and so far we are very happy with it. She drives it more than me at the moment and the only small issue she's found is that it makes a squeaking noise at the back at around 20 mph but it's nothing to be concerned about, it's just something we will keep an eye on. I'm not the best with names but the salesman who looked after me was great. I found him to be very professional, but in a polite way and I appreciated having the chance to take it on a test drive.
