I’m very pleased with my experience at BVG. The customer service was great, and I can't fault the dealership. I had a delay in payment, and Shah held the car for me for the 5 days that were needed. He went out of his way to do this for me, and I am really thankful. I love the car so far. I haven’t been on any long journeys, just the school run and similar but I’ve had no faults or issues with the car. I’m pleased with the whole experience and would just like to say a special thanks to Shah.

I couldn’t recommend BVG enough. I recently purchased my Renault Clio, and it’s been a great upgrade from my previous cars. Everything is running smoothly, and I’m really enjoying it so far. My partner bought from BVG in the past and couldn’t recommend them enough to me, and I’m happy to say I also had a great experience. I can’t fault the guys, especially Shah, he went the extra mile by cleaning the car before and after the test drive, so it was spotless when I took it home. A great all-around dealership and car.

Absolutely super, We have had Mercedes SLKs in the past, and after having a Toyota previously, we decided to return to a Mercedes, going for an SLK 2.1 AMG Sport. When we went to pick up the car, it was spotless and ready to go. The guys at the dealership were great, I can’t fault them, they definitely know their stuff. Shah was especially helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone.

The guys at BVG were spot on! I bought a BMW 1 Series last month, and I’m enjoying the car so far. This was my first time going to BVG, and I would 100% recommend them and buy from them in the future. Before buying the car, there was a crack on the wheel that the team immediately sorted and fixed before I took it home, which I greatly appreciated. Great car and great customer service.

I recently bought a Jaguar I-Pace from BVG. This is my first electric car, and I have had no problems with it so far. The team at BVG made the entire experience quick and professional. Shah showed me all the features of the car and ensured everything went smoothly throughout. I am giving the team 4 stars, as nothing is perfect. I would also recommend that anyone getting an electric car have an at-home charger, as this has saved me money on the car.

Five star service

I've had no issues with the car, it's lovely...it's just a shame that insurance prices are so high on Range Rovers these days! I found BVG through Auto Trader and was generally pleased with their service. While I've had an issue with the finance broker they recommended, that's a separate matter and hasn't impacted my opinion of the dealership.

My finance company were the ones who recommended BVG in Oldham and I've been pleased with their service. My 3 Series is lovely and running nice and smooth so I've no complaints. There was a bit of confusion with a miscommunication around collection days/times, but that wasn't the dealership's fault. Would happily shop here again.
