I have to say it has been a pleasure to deal with BVG Automotive. We are very pleased with our purchase. The car was at a good price, the sales process was simple, thorough and transparent. When we collected the car there were some minor issues not spotted on the live video that needed to be sorted. Given our distance from BVG Automotive, it was agreed that would we take the car and obtain a quote for the repair and be reimbursed the cost. This worked really well. The items are now fixed and payment was made very quickly which was appreciated. A great service provided by the whole team at BVG Automotive. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

Considering I didn't make an appointment, I am so made up with how well we have been treated, how nice, friendly and attentive Shar was when we came to look at the cars on offer and how relaxed and comfortable I was made to feel. It was first thing on a Monday morning which is not the best time of anyone week and we were made to feel like the only customer that mattered, judging by the other reviews online, we are not alone. The car itself is great, a couple minor faults maybe or just me being silly, Bluetooth can sometimes be temperamental and the parking sensors seem to trigger on the wrong sides when maneuvering but for now this hasn't been frequent enough o be concerning. I would whole heatedly recommend BVG, and I hope I can deal with Shah every time I need a new car! Big thank you to everyone at BVG.

As someone who has dealt with many dealers in the past and had a wide range of positive and negative experience, I can say with confidence that BVG are doing everything right. The car they have sold me is a good, honest motor. I was in the market for a smaller hatch with a nippier engine and I found that in the Clio they had on offer. The car itself is immaculate and in great condition, I have been driving it as much as I can and only noticed a slight rattle which I'll be going back to get checked shortly. Shah was perfect, his approach was laid back and friendly which can go along way to making you feel comfortable, I feel pushy sales can really tarnish an experience and there was none of that with Shar. I have no issue with recommending BVG to anyone looking for a trust worthy and reputable dealership. They are currently #1 in Oldham and I can see why.

The car is good, going well and I am enjoying driving it. I have only driven about 200 miles so far but I have zero concerns about the cars condition. I have always liked the Mondeo's, they look smart, perform well and the engines are notoriously reliable. Shah was excellent too, I have no issues and in fact am very happy with the company.

The Car; The car is great! I have always wanted to try electric and the fact this car is a PHEV means it's the perfect taster of what an all electric car would be like, I have the best of both worlds. I went with a Mitsubishi Outlander and I had the Shogun previously and I am very fond of Mitsubishi as a manufacture, they are really reliable cars and spacious enough for what we need. The staff; I dealt mainly with Shah, he was dead sound and a really nice kid. Not pushy in his sales approach which can make or break a sales experience, he offered good advise and reassurance through out, eve after the sale he has been attentive and readily available. The service; Finally, the whole experience has been a very nice, comfortable and enjoyable experience, one which I would be happy to revisit in future.

Very happy start to finish, the car is great and the staff are all so friendly. It's a great all round dealership offering some great deals however, the improvements I could offer are better interior valet and the rear tires weren't in the best condition. I would happily go back in future as the deals are great and variety of cars on offer can suit any budget.

BVG employ some amazing staff, they were very hospitable, approachable and they were really easy to talk to. We popped in on the off chance as we had been to look around a few dealers that day and we were met by one of the reps. He advised us that it was normally bookings only but let us take a look around anyway. The rep provided a very relaxed environment, and we were given ample time to view the BMW. Due to the amazing experience, we were able to make a same day decision to purchase the 3 series.

BVG have just got amazing staff, they were all really helpful and welcoming. It honestly makes the experience so much better when you feel welcome. I was also impressed with the standard that the Corsa was cleaned to. I can’t complaint about any of the service I received.

Extremely happy with BVG for delivering the car down to the isle of white for us. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and I think the Tiguan is a fantastic car. Would recommend to anyone who needs a car. From what I saw they had a good mixed collection of cars. We also had an issue with the bank and getting the invoices mixed up but they were also very patient and understanding about that.
