I was in need of a bigger vehicle to accommodate myself and 6 children.. My friend has a Hyundai i800 so I knew what the car was like and she is so pleased with it... I thought I'd look for one of these. I found one online with BVG and enquired. I let them know my situation and they worked really hard to provide the best customer service they could. I couldn't get to Oldham to view or test drive the car myself, so Shah sent me photos and videos of the car, he then video called me and showed me every inch of the vehicle, he went around it 3 times and showed me inside in great detail, even down to its imperfections, any minor marks on the body work etc. He then sent me pictures after and highlighted in circles any marks so I was fully aware of its condition, I mean I'm talking minor but I know elsewhere would have hid these and not been so honest and upfront. They arranged for the car to be dropped off to me, and the driver was so thorough and helpful, he walked me round the car showed me again any imperfections to make sure it was exactly what was sold to me, and it 100% was. He showed me all the buttons/features and functions of the car and even offered to do a little drive with me to make sure I was comfortable with it. This seems the most professional, honest and thorough company I've ever bought from, not just when buying a vehicle, just over-all in general!! Since having the car I've been so impressed with it, all the kids are in comfortably, we can all get out and about and its changed everything for our family, certainly serving its purpose, we love it! I have family in Manchester so I have told them all about BVG and how amazing they are, I would recommend anybody to buy their car from here, they are amazing! Hi BVG, just wanted to say a big thanks to Raff the salesman, for his help and expertise when I bought my BMW 1 Series. He was on the ball and always came back to me very quickly with any questions I had. He was straight on it, no messing, no delays he let me and my girlfriend look at the car without breathing down our necks, he made sure we asked anything we wanted to buying agreeing to buy. Its a lovely car, we are both really happy with it and glad we found BVG as we will certainly be buying from you again in the future!!

Bought a really nice Audi its spot on. I really enjoy driving it its such an upgrade from any other car I've had in the past, its proper nice. I knew what I wanted and had seen a few good ones online but this was best in terms of price, mileage and condition. I went down to view that one first with an idea to view a few others and then decide but I ended up buying it there and then it was spot on. They let me test drive the car and then put it under the lights to have a proper look over it, it was perfect. They gave me a smashing warranty with it and the price was really really good. Perfect customer service I was very impressed, no complaints from me at all.

Its all well and good having great customer service when buying the car (which by the way was perfect from Shah and this team, he did everything he possibly could), but its really nice to see a dealership stepping in and helping with any niggles after the sale, usually they have your money and are not interested once you've driven away.... not with BVG! I had a slight issue with the car, it was booked in, resolved and returned in a matter of days, really impressed with how quick they were to sort. Everybody was really helpful and very welcoming at all times and I can only recommend for their amazing customer service, after sales care and great cars. Thank you everybody at BVG!

On the whole my partner and I are really pleased with our DS5, my partner is quite tall so the car has been suiting her really well. The team at BVG were brilliant to deal with, we had an initial issue with the car and its locking system but they were happy to get that seen to with no fuss! The DS5 is now booked to go into Citroen to have what appears to be a common electrical fault dealt with and all being well it looks like the warranty will be covering this 😊 Happy days!
