I have been very pleased with my experience buying a car at BVG Automotive, the car is absolutely great as I expected and in very nice clean condition. There was a slight technical hiccup, but was resolved in a matter of hours, I couldn't fault that - and also without that, it would have been a straight 5 stars across the board. Shah was very good through-out and I would recommend his customer service to anybody looking for a new car.

My Volkswagen Tiguan is running perfectly, its a nice car and serves its purpose perfectly! Everything was great on the customer service front, really straight forward, informative, no pressure or pushiness, the car was in good condition was cleaned very well. I was given the time and space to have a good look over the car and they never hounded me for a decision. I'm more than happy with how everything went and would happily shop here again!

What a lovely bunch of people at BVG, I honestly cannot fault a single thing,. The biggest thing for me was that the Cactus C4 was as expected, it was just as the description said and no hidden surprises. I've found cars before to be not as advertised and not in the condition they have described it to be, but this was exactly as I expected and in a lovely clean, tidy shape. The service I received was super, everybody was so helpful, really really friendly and just over-all nice people to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody wanted to buy a new used car!

My dad helped me out when I was buying my car and we was saying how nice everybody was, especially Rob who was my salesman, he was honestly so helpful and there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. My dad was impressed with the lack of pressure and hard selling, they were just so good with everything. I had an Audi A3 as my first car but wanted something faster, I went with a VW Scirocco and its definitely satisfying the want to go faster haha! The Scirocco is perfect I'm really enjoying it and it certainly moves when you tell it too!

I bought a 2 Series recently and the car is perfect, absolutely nothing wrong with it, I am selling it though as its not quite big enough, I use the car daily and have a lot to carry with me and its proven a little difficult. I'm going to look for a 4X4, I do want to stress that BVG couldn't have done any more for me, they were excellent and again, I'm only selling the car as its not quite fit for purpose, its a shame as its a dream to drive and a lot of fun, I've been really happy with it. They made it a really easy process, usually car buying is at the top of my list for most stressful things to do, but this was a breeze, they delivered the car to my house, did everything over the phone or email, just a simple easy purchase. I will 100% consider BVG when looking for my next car and more than happy to pass on my recommendations to friends!

Absolutely fantastic!!! I went to BVG after seeing a Audi A7 advertised and it was perfect for what I wanted. The car is brilliant had no problems so far, well apart from the Mrs scuffing the wheels, but it could be worse I suppose 🙄😂 I couldn't have asked for more from Shah and his team, he was brilliant the service was so good and I defo recommend to anybody thinking of buying a car here, to do it!!
