Raf was amazing, he answered any questions I had about the Golf I was looking to buy. I loved the car, the spec and the price wasn't to shabby either ;) Raf got everything sorted for me, he made sure the car was clean and ready on time and I was really pleased when I went to collect and saw it looking immaculate. The Golf drives amazingly, it is exactly what I wanted. I have to give 5/5 for the car and the service I received, thank you everyone at BVG Automotive!

I have just bought my first ever car and I am so so happy. Thinking about buying a car was daunting but Shah made everything so easy and straight forward. He was amazing with me, really helpful he explained everything about the car and all the details and if I needed anything he was always on hand to help. I love my little Micra, its a fab little car and has been so good to me since taking it away. Its fair to say when I'm ready top upgrade to my 2nd car I will 10000% be coming back to BVG... I have recommended to some friends who are looking for their first car too as I know they will be looked after really well. Thank you BVG, I'm so happy!!

More than happy with how everything is dealt with when buying a car from BVG, smooth, easy, hassle free and most of all, salesmen that have the knowledge and are happy to help, I think it was Shah I was dealing with he was brilliant. There was no pressure to buy, everything was spot on. I'm chuffed with the car and would happily buy again when the time is right.

I've got to know the guys down at BVG I always use them directly and I always recommend them on to other people looking for a reputable garage. They look after me well and always provide the best cars possible. We took a BMW 1 Series and it seems great so far, my partner loves driving it and is very very happy. As always, I recommend highly!

Helpful staff ,left alone to look over vehicle and relavant paperwork, deal done , note they don't except card and pin ,luckily my friend who drove me 200mile to view car had enough money in his account to do a bank transfer as I don't do Internet banking. 200mile journey home car drove lovely !!

The whole process took around 4 days. From the moment I went to view the car the staff were nothing but polite and helpful, even giving me advice on my old car. Simple process, amazingly helpful. Couldn’t be happier, I definitely recommend.

The team was great, especially the young lad called Riz, very helpful indeed, Shah was good but did feel a little pushy on the sales but I guess it's his job. I asked for a couple things to be checked such as starter motor and timing belt .They changed the starter motor as that was a issue I notice with the car, and the timing belt they mentioned repetitively it's a old car it's meant to sound like that, but other than that I would rate BVG 4/5 overall !!
