From start to finish the customer service was outstanding. The A3 was absolutely immaculate, it looked as good as new and had clearly had a lot of attention paid to it. I was able to test drive the car and the sales process was very straightforward. All was completed efficiently. The A3 is perfect and running very smoothly.

I am more than happy with my 4 Series, it is a lovely car! I did notice one problem with the car after the purchase and got in touch with BVG. I was able to take it back and they got it put right within a week. I was pleased with how they handled it all and communication was great throughout.

BVG is a superb business with excellent customer service! Shah and Rob were both a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and it really felt like they put my needs at the heart of the sale. The Skoda was presented so beautifully when I viewed it, absolutely spotless! I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Rob was spot on when I bought my Scirocco! He was professional and welcoming. He explained the ins and outs of the car to me clearly and allowed me to take the time I needed to make my decision. No pressure what so ever. I have had no issues with the Scirocco since it came home with me either.

The customer service at BVG is better than ok, it was brilliant! I am so pleased with how the experience went. Everyone was so so friendly! Our car buying experience with them was one of the best we have ever had. Next month we will be on the market for another car and we wont be looking anywhere else other than BVG. We love the DS3 we purchased it is perfect!
