Rob at BVG is an absolute gentleman, it was entirely a pleasure to deal with him! I have bought vehicles from other garages in the past and my goodness its been a terrible experience and BVG puts them even more to shame! They are doing it right here and they are such a lovely bunch of people. I cannot speak highly enough of them. I would happily return to them but I am loving my Kuga so I am hoping it wont be any time soon so I can get some good use out of this beautiful motor.

I had not been to BVG Automotive before, I found them via Autotrader and from there had a look the cars the had available and booked a test drive of a Scirocco. When I got down to BVG in person everything went really well and the team were just spot on when I was dealing with them. I went ahead with the purchase of the Scirocco and so far have been absolutely loving it.

Great dealer ship, did what they promised. Very precise information and very helpful. I am glad to deal with them and will definitely recommend to anyone buying a car in my area.

We were given as much time as we wanted to look over the car we were interested in, before having an unaccompanied test drive, From arriving at the showroom through to buying the car we were given space and time, we weren't pushed in anyway, the whole process was relaxed and friendly. Having been driving for over 50 years and having bought many cars in that time, this was the best experience I have had, I would recommend BVG to anyone.

I came across the Audi A4 with BVG Automotive on Facebook, I made an appointment with them to look at the car and I dealt with Shah, he was fantastic, he makes a good cup of tea too. He let me take my time looking at the Audi and I got to take it for a test drive which is a real bonus because I was able to get a good feel for the car. It was so smooth on the road and this lead me to buy the car off them. I am now the proud owner and will return to them when I want to purchase my next car.

The main thing that stood out for me when dealing with BVG Automotive was Raf and how professional, helpful and friendly he was. I have never used BVG Automotive before and came across them online, very happy to have done so and I am more than happy with the purchase of my Ford Mondeo. Tip top service, I will be back again when it is time to depart with my beloved car and trade her in for something younger lol.
